Such an awesome salon! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The salon owner, Josi makes sure each customer is happy. They offer a number of services that you would find in larger salons in the Cleveland area.

The staff is great they answer all of my questions, explain everything. It is a beautiful relaxing environment. I have been doing the Infrared sauna treatments. My goal is to remove toxins. Since I started the treatments I have noticed my joint pain and stiffness is so much better, I am sleeping better and my skin tone is better.

This was a great saloon , not much to offer in this area. I thought it was quite expensive. I'm use to paying $25-30 dollars , today I pd for $38 . Plus tax , for an acrylic fill and polish, and never have paid a tax anywhere in the country for saloon services.?

I absolutely recommend this place if you haven't already been there! They do such an amazing job. Today I went in with a picture on my phone of what I wanted (the picture on the left) and the picture on the right is what I ended up with!! Before I went in, my hair was blonde, so I was wanting something completely different. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. I 100% will definitely go back. If you haven't already gone in, I suggest you make this your go to salon! You won't be disappointed

Dana is Amazing, she made my daughters hair look amazing today, she was very happy with it. On the other hand, my hair was done by someone that was new and being supervised. She was told to do a partial highlight, (thatbis what I asked for originally when I made the appointment. The owner charged me for a full highlight and there is a big brown line on the side of my head. When I called when I noticed it, the owner argued with me and told me that is what I asked for and she wasnt going to refund any of my money but I could come back and she would fix that little part. They are closed the rest of today(she said I could come back right now, but I have to get my kids places and I was already there 3 hours today) and tomorrow, so now I have to pay more money to get it fixed somewhere else because I can't go to work looking like this. I will not go back. I could go ANYWHERE else and get a full highlight for that price that would look good everywhere on my head... and not get the attitude and told I was wrong.
