One of the biggest decisions you can make in life is finding a new home. Henry is the most patient guy out there! We went thru so many houses in white plains until we found the one our family loves. Henry helped us with finding the size we wanted, location, school zoning and most importantly price. We annoyed him and he always had a smile on and helped us out and showed up to every viewing and meeting. Thank You again i would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best real estate agent in the area!

I had 3 different deals with Henry and his company and each one was better and better. True Professional in every aspect . His staff was great as well and helped me in more then one occasion during the signing of the leases . Highly recommended ....

I sought out Henry Djonbalaj to work on two short sales because he's been noted to be a great broker.

I contacted him in the beginning of January and got him on the phone for an intro conversation and he was amazing. He is so knowledgeable and started to dig into my properties ASAP (looking it up and such). However, immediately following that conversation, I couldn't get him on the phone for a MONTH! I left countless messages with his staff, I emailed him, texted, called his cell phone and NOT ONE RETURNED CALL.

Ultimately I wasted a month of my time in hopes to work with him.

I am sure he does amazing work but the unprofessional-ism in NOT returning ONE phone call after all of the reaching out and pleading to get him to return my call, is just terrible and if you really need a broker....you need someone to return your calls and keep you posted on whats happening with your properties. Not this!

I emailed him to say that I will be going with another broker, he responds saying that he is sorry he is overwhelmed. Well, Henry that note should have been sent a month ago. Don't string people along. Other people's time is just as valuable as yours.

I just read the reviews on here and felt compelled to add one more.

Mr. Henry and his staff are very professional on phone and in person, they are able to show the apartments within hours of calling and any other property for sale in the shortest time possible, few times Mr. Henry himself showed me houses even on a very short or no notice at all. When we met, he was very straight forward about the place, and the types of properties he shows. He told me that he wouldn't feel comfortable taking someone to a place that wasn't very good. He seemed to have a great relationship with the landlords as well.

After dealing with some other agencies in the area, this one stood apart and compelled me to say something great about it, I guess being more than 20 years in business does show professionalism.

I am in process of purchasing a property as we speak with HD Realty. I am very excited being that one of the amazing agents Liz Vuktilaj with her charm and her professional approach is making this purchase look almost as a walk in the park :) I will definitely be doing business with HD Realty over and over again.

Henry Djonbalaj is the best real estate I've known.The staff is very kind and helpful.Me and my husband we hade such a difficulty find a home that we wanted, we wore looking for a house more than 5 years.The only real estate that helped us find the right home and reasonable price was Henry Jonbalaj and he*s team. Henry Djonbalaj was our broker and he did a fantastic job of finding out what we wanted and setting up a customized search for us. We would select properties to visit weekly (or sometimes faster) and he was very flexible about showing us them after hours and on weekends. His expertise for the value of houses was just right. We saw several houses go by for the approximate value he stated. We finally purchased our home after 2 years of searching and he was extremely patient with us. It was great experience and I will always highly recommend him.
