High Fidelity Auto Sport

I brought in my 2010 Ferrari California for a new radio and backup camera install. I can't express my appreciation to the crew at High Fidelity Auto Sport.
Impeccable attention to detail, incredible troubleshooting capabilities, thorough inspection of all aspects of the vehicle, constant communication and updates throughout the whole process, and amazing work ethic and knowledge of the task at hand.
I wish I had more cars to take to them!!!!

Called to schedule an appointment to have my sound system repaired and also inquired about installing a dash cam and sound deadening the vehicle. He proceeded to explain to me that it was "a bit silly" not sound deadening the vehicle when it was already taken apart. I will be taking my silly money and vehicle elsewhere. Good luck to whoever chooses to pay for this level of condescension.

Owner and installer are so AWESOME and understanding. Installed are so professional and very organized the wires so clean! I had experienced with different company in past and all I can say this are top best than all! First I came here and they show me what they did they won and im so impressed so here I am here second time. Highly recommend come here and you will get big smiles leaving here!

I've been coming here for just about 7 years from being a kid that knew nothing about car audio to now being an adult and having the resources to finally get what I like.

The main reason why I kept returning was because of the customer service and attention to detail.

When I first walked in there was a M3 getting a $40k plus car audio install with the best equipment in the industry. Here I was trying to get some used subs I bought off ebay installed and wired up to my car. Right away I was thinking it would be too expensive or my job would be too small for them to even consider.

Nope, they priced out what it would cost (same price if not cheaper than the big box stores) and our relationship grew from that moment on. They never once tried to up-sell me either; they just give honest opinions from previous experiences.

They're a call or a short drive away and have helped me on numerous occasions. I am now fortunate to have a nicer car with very finicky electrical systems. There is no other place I would feel comfortable bringing my car to get any electronic work done.

This is the place to go to in CT for laser jammer and radar detector installs, custom audio setups built around your preferences, rear view and multi-camera systems, GPS, custom center consoles, etc.

If you have an idea, they will create it for you.

These guys are the most professional radar/laser detector/jammer installers I have ever used. I can't say enough good things. Not only did they make the install look great, they also made sure it performed great too. They tested with me upon delivery using their own laser gun!!

I went to this store for a radar based blind spot monitor install.
The manager was very nice and honest in telling me upfront that they have installed several electronics, on luxury and track cars, but blind spot monitors aren't one of them. However, their reviews on Yelp and Facebook gave me confidence.
I must say, I am super impressed by the extreme attention to detail, and professional service they've provided, without breaking my pocket! They were both meticulous and creative in wiring-up the blind spot monitors.
I will certainly be returning to this store soon for additional aftermarket upgrades.

I can't say enough good things about Caine and his team. I drive over an hour to bring my cars to them and would drive three more. They are as neat and fast as they are creative. They even repaired work that I had done previously at a dealership. If you love your car and want the greatest car electronics installed by the best craftsmen out there, look no further.

It's very rare that I feel compelled to do a non-food review on yelp, but High Fidelity Autosport is one of those occasions. Unfortunately, the way things stand today it's hard to find a shop that has even just one positive category - expertise, knowledge, customer service, attention to detail, etc. The automotive world is full of hacks and "experts" that are just as likely to ruin your 50k car as they are to properly carry out your install.

High Fidelity Autosport is, simply put, the finest aftermarket automotive shop in the CT area. Easily. They have not just one of the aforementioned positive traits, but all of them. I have had them work on a Maserati Granturismo S, Land Rover LR3, Audi A8L, BMW X1, and Ford Escape doing everything from installing Focal audio systems to laser jammer installs.

These guys show unparalleled attention to detail and customer service - the workmanship is out of this world good, and they are genuinely good people that stand behind their work. This is the kind of shop that respects both you and your property - they use protective drapes to prevent scratches on your car, properly terminate and route even unseen wires, etc, etc, etc. If you ask most shops to do a jammer install on a BMW, they will pop out the kidney grills and slap them in. High Fidelity dropped my entire bumper to properly level the jammer heads and hide the wires in the engine bay.

Also, there is an element of creativity in their work that is uncommon. If you have an unusual request, they can typically find a way to accomodate you. Just some examples - they custom fabricated a new housing for the rear brake light in the Maserati that hid the Valentine 1 jammer inside. It is indistinguishable from OEM. On my BMW, they managed to route a wire to the license plate area without drilling a hole by going in through the rear backup camera housing - most places would just say "sorry, I have to drill." They even came up with a novel jammer leveling system for my front jammer heads that allows me to turn a screw bit by bit and have the pressure change the angle of the heads ever so slightly. Awesome.

Frankly, I can count on half of one hand the number of places on the eastern seaboard I would trust with my cars, and High Fidelity is first on the list.

This place is great!! They diagnosed my stereo problem which was a speaker malfunction and installed my new radio and a new pair of speakers. George did a foam backing to the new speakers and just had to do the same on my front speakers so they matched. They are very detailed oriented and take pride in their work. Their prices are very reasonable. If you want the job done right this is the place to go.

My experience with High Fidelity was awesome. They provided me with an extremely high-end installation that far exceeded my expectations. I felt completely confident that I could just leave them my car and come back to a finished product I would be happy with. I highly recommend them to someone that wants quality.
