Best sandwiches in Tacoma! By far the best roast beef and au jus! Ordered a few times on DoorDash and the food exceeds all my expectations every time. Starting to eat here at least once a week and work my way through the menu.

Sandwiches are good portions and cheap for what you get. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Sure, everyone is frustrated with covid limitations throughout the state. Doors have to remain closed for dine in/lobby. This is affecting this location for sure.

Next to the front door is a tiny little speaker, and a handwritten note "order here". I try to open the front door (once) before I see this. I notice it, then I notice the lady is yelling at me. "Can I help you!!? Hello!? What?!" But the speaker is soooo quiet. I tell her I'm there to pick up my order. She comes waking over slowly, extremely rude, scowl look on her face. Opens a tiny window and sticks my order out. No thanks no smile. Is it because I touched the door? :-(

I was pleased to discover this cafe. Great homemade-style sandwich (made exactly as asked), delicious green matcha latte at great prices. Plus the quick, friendly service really made my day. Great local place to support, so I will be back!

This is my first time at this coffee shop location. It used to be a Tower Coffee location but it looks like the management may have changed as the name is different. I was at the other Tower Coffee location a year or so ago when I had jury duty and liked the coffee and meal I had there. I guess since I already tried Tower Coffee and wanted to try coffee shops around town that I had yet to visit I didn't come here sooner. But since there was a change I made it more of a priority to come here to try the coffee here as I feel like each independent coffee shops in town typically have their own unique signature with their coffee drinks and I like to try various ones. So since I saw that change I made it more of a priority to come here to try something new.
I wasn't disappointed at all! I had an extremely refreshing Iced Vanilla Latte here that I really liked. That is usually my coffee drink of choice as the warmer months are starting to kick in and I really liked Hilltop Coffee's version of it. The coffee and vanilla combination was very nice and smooth.
This location is a great place to relax and I like the windows here as you can people watch and gaze out on 11th Street. I really liked this place and see that they have sandwiches you can purchase so I look forward to trying one of those on a return trip.

Just had their French dip and it was the best one I've ever had. Thank you for caring about the food you send out your door. My only gripe is you close to early lolol!!!!!

I like the veggie sandwich.
I also like the savory roll and matcha latte.

My boyfriend likes the sandwiches too. They also have Red Bull drinks, which he's a fan of.

I like it all. And I will keep going.

Slow services, they have a "texted in" order service, I texted in my order 30mins later my order wasn't started on, they never checked their messages. Their combat was, too many orders..really? They charge high for cheap services. I don't recommend!

Dashers beware. Owner tries to cheat drivers by insisting they take more then what shows on app. In other words, they are cheating the system and doordash. Rude owner. Long wait times.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered a latter recently and the milk was over steamed and burnt.

The smoothies used to be good -- but now they just taste like crushed ice with food coloring.
