Claudia is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what she does. I cannot recommend working with her enough. As someone with a history of disordered eating, Claudia helped me stabilize my diet. I've learned what to eat to nourish my body and stay satisfied. I feel healthier in my skin and happier in my life.
