Hollywood Flowers

Unfortunately we meet Karo in the worst time ever but Karo took personal care of us in our deepest consolable moment and treated us fairly and professionally. I can not put into words how much I appreciated his help and the time he took to make sure we sent our loved one away with love and respect. And all of our family also used HF and all of the flowers done with care and love. We had gone to several another flower shops and none of them even had an idea of the pain and anguish we felt just another moment to take advantage of but after working with Hollywood Flowers we will never use another company for anything. For years my family received excellent service from Hollywood flower shop. Their flower selection is great, always fresh and arrangements are beautiful.

Wow wow had a good experience with this flower shop the past years, but this Valentine's Day they forgot to deliver the flowers to my wife and told her if she come and pick them up , WOW and she did sadly to report , warning to the community of Hollywood not cool , advice to owner if you promise to a customer for delivery you need to follow your promise , and not have excuses why it wasn't delivered... Valentine's Day is a special day and you ruined it , shame on you ...

First of all, terrible advertisement because yea they're nice but they die in like two days WITH good care.The 1 star reviews on this place have one thing in common and that's the customer service. My boyfriend called this place to get some flowers for his sister and he asked for a price on a dozen roses. he responded with "grow up kid" then hung up the phone. Grow up kid??? What was that? This business does not deserve the attention it's getting on ANY platform. stay away from this flower business and save yourself some time by going to the flower district in downtown. At least there they will give you some amazing prices and a great conversation.

I have been getting flowers from this spot now over 20 years. The people who run the shop are one of the nicest and kindest people I know. There's flowers are always fresh and beautiful. You can even just walk in they always have something you are looking for. I always get roses from them and they never fail it's always fresh and last for days. Truly one of the best flowed shops.

I have been getting my flowers from this shop for over 15 years now, and they have never disappointed me. I call and tell them what I need, what time, what day, and than sit back and smile, because I know and trust their work

Owners: Karo & Marine, are very friendly, professional, accommodating and sweet people. They will listen to what I want and envision, give me suggestions and advice if I need one, and I always end up having bouquets and arrangements that stops the traffic :)

They do delivery and special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, engagements, baptism/christening, funerals, and just bouquets and baskets for any event or just because.

Strongly recommend to use them for your occasions
Also, inside of the shop in the corner, there is a watch repair station/ while waiting for my bouquet to be made I changed the batteries on my MK watch, really convenient

Terrible , awful, non existent service... when I say non existent, I mean I was not even given a chance to be helped. I came across their Instagram which has indeed some very beautiful designs. I came across one I really liked that would be a great bridal shower gift. It looks like it may have costs $1500 which i was more than prepared to spend on it. But since they have no price on their instagram I called them at the number listed. A man who picked up the phone answered did not seem very welcoming at all when he answered even after I introduced myself. I explained to him I found a gorgeous arrangement on their instagram and i just wanted a price of the item (hoping that it was in my price point ) and the man flat put said..I'm too busy for that right now. You need to call back another day. And I asked " just to get a price? You cannot give me a price super quick?" He replied again no! You need to call back tomorrow I am too busy for this right now. And again I said, " just for a price ? And he said I already told you no. Goodbye . And he hung up. What a jerk. The place may do beautiful work. But when you have rude owners, rude employees , rude customer service, then I'd rather find another shop. Maybe $1500 is not alot to spend at your store, but I didn't ask for a main course of attitude with my order. Places like this do not stay in business long with rude behavior like this. And it's up to us, as potential customers or consumers who spend money, to call these folks out when they act shitty. Shitty service = shitty reviews.
Hopefully my review helps others to know what to expect. And hopefully changes the overall scenery and setting of this stores behavior to its clients. Not okay, and not acceptable.

Garro (I hope I am spelling his name right) was absolutely lovely! I was looking for flowers for a memorial service and he gave me several suggestions for my set budget. He even gave me a discount on the bouquet I decided on. Very kind man and business owner! I will certainly come back!
