They are under new ownership and is family run. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I just bought a 2018 Hot Springs Grandee NXT. The price was very fair, the service spectacular and the staff incredibly straightforward. I recognize some problems in the past but the new ownership with Quresh has changed the game! I look forward to working with them!

I got a quote for a pool to be built and the gentleman was very professional and seem to check off all our boxes. He said he'd give us the official quote in a week in a half. Well fast forward to 3 1/2 weeks later we finally had someone call us on his behalf saying he would help us. I said sadly you are too late we are under contract with a different pool
Company now. I never would have thought the gentleman we met with would not get back to us when he said. Plus they say their pools take 3 months and that is a lot longer than most pool companies but maybe it's because they leave out of the country often (we were told he was out of the country) and don't have anyone to take their place when they do. It's just not a good way to do business. We purchased a Jacuzzi that was 7×7 .came with free installation & help set up .Oscar the installer was super awesome. It's a family owned business & all the staff is great & they kept their word on schedule & installation process

Go literally anywhere else to buy a hot tub! Worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a 13,000 dollar hot tub around a year ago. The sale went smooth I loved everything the salesman promised but it was far from the truth. The delivery was where things went really wrong two people showed up to remove the old hot tub and put the new one in. Which was definitely not enough manpower because I had to help! Plus they asked me for PVC pipe and tools. The installers ended up breaking my fence and smashing my finger because they were careless and did not give a shit about my fence. If you think it ends here it doesn't. They got the new hot tub in place, but it was too late to hook up the electrical. The installers come back the next day and attempt to hook up the electrical. To then tell me my electrician did something wrong and the power isn't working. So they leave I call my electrician to come out and see what the problem is (which I was charged for). My electrician then tells me nothing is wrong on his side. The guy is not hooking the electrical upright in the hot tub, but he cannot do anything because he'll be liable. I wrote down what the electrician said the installer was doing wrong. So once again, Home and Leisure is called. The same installer comes out after explaining what the electrician told me he finally did it right. But it still doesn't end there. The hot tub is filled up and tested one of the jets is leaking and the installer attempts to fix it and breaks the plastic top piece off. Says it'll be a couple weeks to fix they have to order the part. There's a four year warranty, so I'm not too worried at the time. Well, a year later and it's still not fixed! I've called about a handful of times, and they did attempt once, but brought the wrong part. The customer service and installers have been a nightmare, but on the bright side, the Jacuzzi, I purchased a super nice.

Have always had good customer service when looking for above the ground pool needs. They are the only ones in town who specialize in above ground pools. Yesterday my fiancé went in for a hose and was assisted by Doug who explained and even drew a diagram of how the new sand filter and pump we purchased on Amazon that came with no instructions should be hooked up. We had an appt for someone to come out to help with the set up scheduled for June 10th! That's how busy this season is! My fiancé had the hoses backwards lol. This new filter and pump combo is not the cheap ones these pools come with. Anyways tho thank u Doug!!! Our pool is ready for memorial wknd!!! Your instructions were clear and concise. Saved us $130. Which reminds me we need to cancel that appt with u guys!

I purchased a Superior Fireplace from here back in September costing nearly $5000 and had it installed by my contractor. The fireplace comes on but does not keep the flame. I called Home & Leisure to come out and service it knowing that I will have to pay for the service call. They put me in contact with Hussein. I called him several weeks with no response. Each time I got him on the phone he'd ask if Adam called me. The service here is horrendous and unacceptable.

Literally the nicest, most helpful people ever. We were having issues with our pool set up and we came in with pictures of our pool and pump and they were able to give us all the parts we needed, on top of a free comedy show. ;) It took is 45 minutes to get here, and definitely worth the trip. Will definitely be coming back for all our pool needs. Thank you for your awesome customer service. Edit 05/24/2020: had to return a second time because the parts didn't fit. Got some additional gaskets and was informed we need to trim the liner. Ok, good. Liner trimmed, and still leaking. Another phone call and we were told to buy waterproof grease/ o-ring sealant... which would have been nice to have been told yesterday on our 1st or 2nd trip. Would still reccomend, but would ask an annoying amount of questions to make sure you don't have the same experience.
