Home Run Donuts

This is the best donut stop in Maryland and arguably in the DMV. I was told about this place by my Superintendent, another foodie, that this hidden gem would change my life. He told me about this place for months before he took it upon himself to just go get me a donut. They change their signature flavors multiple times a week so every day is a surprise. I loved this place so much that I asked my dad (who lives in Hagerstown) to stop there before seeing me in DC. He said their line was long but the customer service was amazing. If I didn't live so far away from this location I would go there once a week with no hesitation.

I ordered 2 donuts having no idea how big these are, and I got the Buckeye & Strawberry Cheesecake donuts. My grandson chose donut holes. These melt in your mouth & have truly amazing flavors! We live fairly close by, everyone loved their treats, we will be back.

My husband works nearby, and I heard from him about how great these donuts were for a long time. I myself never was close when they were open. We were a hardcore Krumpe's customers for years. I thought to myself these can't be better. I was so wrong!

I was told they had a Facebook page and could find the specials listed there along which days they are open. So we made it a point to go. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Really... why did we not visit this place before?!!
My first donut I had there was their original glazed. They are huge and so fluffy and tender inside... the taste is pure heaven! The right amount of glaze.... Just perfect.

We purchased two eclairs for later. I was warned by my husband they were huge. He kept telling me he could never finish one himself. I laughed at him, thinking who can't finish a chocolate eclair!!! Well... he opened the box and I was shocked. They are big! If you haven't had one yet... I highly recommend trying one. The chocolate they use on top is just so much better than anywhere else.

We have now been loyal customers to Home Run Donuts for a while. We love they have specials and it keeps things fresh and new. Of course they always have their regular menu items as well.
The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
Another thing we love about Home Run Donuts... they are dog friendly. They even have doggie treat bags with donut holes and a milkbone. Our Dachshunds love getting a treat too.

The best and largest donuts in the area. It's worth the trip to drive here. Everyone is very friendly and fast. It's normally busy so get there before they close

been going to home run for a while and have never been disappointed. my favorite has to be the buckeye but the blueberry glazed is insanely good as well! my family loves to grab donuts every once in a while as a treat. the service is great - it is run out of a truck so you may have to wait a couple min for your order but nothing a little patience can't handle! lovely outdoor area and a great family owned shop.

So must say first time was a few days ago and me and wife loved them. Folks were friendly and donuts are delish. Great job.

Fantastic donuts! Yeast, but thick and a bit heavy, but a taste like none other. Check their locations for their schedule with the donut trailer! Worth a visit!

Great donuts! The donuts are very large in size and very fresh!! Watch their specials for different flavors and specials each week. If you like donuts, you have to try these. The best in Hagerstown by far!!
