Hometown Hot Tubs

The owner was great at first. After we paid for the hot tub in full, his customer service was awful. He installed our hot tub 6 weeks later than we were told. It has had a leak in it since the installation and it's been 8 weeks and he still has not fixed it. He also said we would have our steps and cover within a week of installation and we finally got them 7 weeks later because we tracked him down at his business. The cover lifter was in a broken open box with missing parts. He will not answer calls and only wants text, but will not answer those either. Do not trust this this person!

We bought a house that had a hot tub in the basement (not a walk out basement) and needed it removed right away while the windows were being replaced. We were worried it would be difficult and expensive to remove. Hometown Hot Tub was able to remove it quickly, with no issue and were so easy to work with. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

I was about to give up on my Hot Tub which hadn't worked in over 2 years before I saw some reviews of HTHT. Caesar is amazing and explained everything he was working on. Did an incredible job and saved my HT. It looks brand new and operates like it is as well.

Hired Cesar nearly 6 months ago to repair my hot tub. It still is not repaired. He repaired some busted plumbing lines. Then we discovered a leaking pump as well. He replaced it with a used pump that leaked even more. Said he was going to order me a new pump ....and I never heard from him again. I followed up via text and he said he was busy and would get back to me. Never did.

He is a nice guy. He is a licensed electrician (which is a plus). He works hard ...when he shows up. But he left us hanging. Had to close my hot tub down. Have not had a working hot tub in nearly 6 months.

Very professional guys, they repaired all the freeze damage on my hot tub. Thank you Hometown Hot Tub for getting our hot tub running again!! I definitely recommend these guys!
