Hong Kong King Buffet

The staff are extremely rude, food is nasty and they could care less about cleanliness. They will stack dirty dishes by the food bar and we were given forks that had food on them. My friend became sick from eating one of the seafood dishes and when he went to let them know they threatened to call the police on him.

Great food, selection and service. They continue to upgrade their buffet: sushi, desserts, hibachi, American, Chinese, etc.

The worse customer service I've received in years! The hostess is ABSOLUTELY nasty; her attitude isn't one for the public. I requested a refund after viewing food; it totally NOT worth the $$. She threatened to call the police!! Needless to say, I received my refund after speaking with manager as she continued to yell in her foreign language pointing at me. NEVER again!! The venue, service and lack luster food isn't with the time or trouble! Horrible service!!

Came here after reading y'all comments lol.. wasn't bad for $18. Staff was nice and food was what I expect. I'd recommend for you to try if you want to be fat on Chinese lol

Would not recommend this place. They charge 13% tip up front when you pay before eating. Waitresses stand around on their phone's watch and talking about the people eating. Food was not good at all, had to ask for fresh food on buffet bar. The food on the buffet bar was cold or dried out then it took forever to get fresh brought to be served. I had gone to get egg drop soup the soup had been there for so long it had a film on the top. When asking for fresh soup I was told there was some left , I informed them I was not eating that I wanted fresh. Sushi was dried out. Shrimp had not been deveined, i really did not want to eat the boop. For the money you pay the food is awful . I would recommend going some places else .

This server was incredible. Very nice man. The buffet was exquisite. Lots of fantastic options. I go every weekend.

This place has the nastiest Chinese food I have ever eaten. I stopped the owner to ask him if they had yum yum sauce he answered me first with WHAT once I asked he said NO and walked off. I will never come back.

We have not been back in years. So we decided to try it. Not remembering why we stopped. We now remember. Firstly you pay before you are seated, no problem that is standard practice with buffets. Except for the part, they automatically add a tip you have to pay. My job as a customer is to thank you for your service not pay your wage. I would have tipped the server she was great. But the food umm no! It was cold and had a grease film on everything. And no flavor. And what didn't have the grease film was super dry. Thank goodness for the great server who kept our drinks full. Only us (2) and another couple were there. I can understand why. Will not be going again.

If possible to give any lower than one star, I'd do so for this place. If you don't mind arrogant staff acting as if you owe them your patronage and as such requiring payment (meal, drink, and "unspecified" tip, because on the bill you only get the total) in full for your lunch buffet up front before you even sit down, then if you actually want hot food, you better grab it just as it comes out of the kitchen because when items are placed on the buffet they are not kept warm. The sushi selection is little to none, looks like catered by Kroger.
Oh and if you don't mind still dining COVID style they have only plastic utensils and styrofoam cups ... still as of today 9 November 2022.
For the price charged here they could really be doing a lot better job without going out of their way. But it's easier to be slack and collect prime price for lunch buffet with piss poor service and provision. What the hell, Americans are stupid, they'll go for anything.
So high priced buffet served and hosted by arrogant staff with attitude giving you plastic forks n spoons to eat with and a styrofoam cup. Cold food, all paid for up front before you're even seated, they're even so kind as to dictate the tip you're to leave them !
Yeah, get you a taste of the Brave New World, Comrade ... as long as people keep patronizing places like this, soon enough it'll be the new norm

This was the first time I came here and the woman in front was real rude and they charge before sitting and charging tip before we can see what the service was like and or course it was very horrible food was very bland and did not see the crab legs like it was advertised in the add I would not recommend. I will most likely not to return and I wish it wouldn't make me give it a on Star that it doesn't deserve
