Diabla S.Woodstock, IL0656Dec 29, 2016I bought 2 t-shirts from Hot Rags in Orland Park. The person I bought them for did not like them, so I tried returning them at the Bolingbrook store. The girl at the counter was like "Cant return them. This one I can give you store credit, but this one we cant do anything with." I asked why I couldn't retrn them and the girl could not give me an answer. To make things worse, she tried keeping the shirt she could not do anything with. I ain't buying t-shirts at Hot Rags no more. I hope they go outta business.

They make you feel very welcomed and if you need something they talk to you like your best friends with them. I felt like I knew the co workers on a daily basis
