I have been looking for someone to install a range hood for me, but every person/business I've reached out didn't offer the service (why?). Meir replied to my request within hours and came in for an assessment in a few days. The install was a few weeks later because he had to procure parts for the project. He knocked out the installation in a day. The ducting work had to go through two walls and multiple cabinet surfaces, and I was very happy with the result.

One note though. I paid in full upfront when he was procuring parts, before everything went down. I understand this for a smaller business, but this might not be how every contractor works. Meir was very communitive via text for updates and I wasn't concerned.

I can't say enough good things about this service. They are very responsive by text or emails, their quote came in at half of what another company tried to charge us to fix a microwave door. Finally, the technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. This was our first time using HQ, but it won't be our last. We will also be referring them to our friends and family.
