Pros- responds very quickly and was on time.
Negatives- definatly price gauging. All he had to do was take off the latch and handle that had our door stuck. It took him 30 seconds and charged us $340 dollars. Price needs to be adjusted to fit the problem. Didn't even get parts but what charged for then. Wouldn't recommend due to the price.

Holy smokes! These guys got here in LESS THAN 30 mins! It wasn't cheap but it was far from a price gouge at that time or night (6:50pm Saturday night) and the quickness is unparalleled. The tech was SUPER kind and courteous and clean and professional! Never thought such a "bummer, what am I gonna do" situation was so easy to turn around so fast. Thanks guys.

Very fast response time 5+++ stars for that. Technician was nice. Replaced a broken ledge inside a door $350+ including a service fee of $50 that took 5 mins... price gouging at its finest. Why would you charge a service fee for a job that was going to be done anyways on top of the job. That's just greedy.

Did a favor for someone and helped them out with a car. Got towed and didn't tell me and found it at the tow yard business a month later. Great, but no keys. It was early in the morning so I was hoping to get to the tow yard when they opened.
Mike responded quickly when I put out my call and it was early in the morning. We get to the place at the appointed time, and they aren't there. He calls and asks and they say they will be in there in 30-45 min. I felt bad because I could see he was tired. But he stayed til then. I went and got some coffee and came back. They didn't show up til almost another 30 min.
Then we had to wait for the tow guy to move it out.
Mike was really patient and finally was able start to work on the car. I had to go to an appointment and he said go, and offered to bring me the key when he we done. I knew I'd be back with in 30 min. Sure enough, I come back and he was still working. Finally got the key made and even got me the code to the car for keyless entry.
He had worked with me on a price for key, but because of all the non-sense from the tow folks and him having to work in the hot sun for for two hours. I gave him his original quote and then some.
In the mist of all this pandemonium, I forget to get the glove compartment key made too, but will definitely call him back.
Cool, Calm, Collect, unassuming and customer service oriented. It is rare to see that excellent customer service and Mike needed to be rewarded for that.

They came out quick than I expected. Sean was professional and curious. He knew was he was doing.

The lever on my front door handle was sticking so I tried to lube it and in the process it seized up. I had to take the lock off to troubleshoot and then couldn't get it back on. I called HS to get a quote and got a call back saying the guy was on his way. I asked for an estimate and he said there was a $49 trip charge plus labor, depending on the kind of lock. I sent him pictures and he quoted me $150 which I thought was too much but I needed it done so I agreed. The tech was not a pleasant fellow but not rude either. It took him no more than 10 minutes to get the lock back together and then he told me the key was bad so that's why you have to jiggle it to get it to work. I've used the same key for 30 years and never had a problem with it before. Rather than try to do any further troubleshooting to earn his $150, he just left it at that.
Pros: Very quick response time. Did the job as required.
Cons: Somewhat surly tech. Did the minimum required. Very pricey for the amount of work done.

Needed to get an extra car key made for my daughters car. Called the local locksmith and a gentlemen named Michael came over. Michael is a great person with excellent service and very professional. He arrived right on time, the cost, service, kind and courteous should be his middle name. He was able to make a duplicate key for my daughters car within 45min. He even changed the battery in the existing key FOB. Customer service at the highest level!!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

We needed to have our safe opened immediately w reached out to HS Locksmiths and spoke with Michael. I texted him a picture of our safe for a reasonable price. He had our safe opened within seconds, literally!!! He was fast, courteous, diligent and professional. Thank you Michael and HS Locksmiths for such an easy, efficient job. We will definitely do business with you again if needed in the future!
