i-Rite iPhone Screen Repair

Briton looked at my iPhone and immediately discerned no problem. The screen has been getting dim for no reason and was sooo annoying. Briton said that it was the normal lighting background, so I will wait and see if it happens again!

At first in was the deptaerment they only had 2 people working the floor she never told one of the he had coustmer he was moving stocking she lie to my face a nd I caugh in it at we got to the store at 10:30 A.M. we never got help tell my husband when up front I had been up there 3x and she laugh in his face s the manAGER was outside helping another cousstmer he did even what was going inside the Astitan Manger to found out i told sir she ben flirt with fio 30 ims and lying to you. and telling all the worker to mind their own business and do their jond which they were doing. Manger help to 15 minutes . A young man who was cashier he ask if he could help me she do your job I look at her at said he is I have coopreate on Line I told manager we were not the only coustmer she was laugh at.
Because my hubvand we live an hour way we been going there over 20 years no problems He had a health issues espoide because of he he has TBI,Diabetic and High Blood press prone to stroke. The Manager is JAVAUGHN very nice. No phone to any store all are the area code 804 the Cooprate was just a bad call 3x hug up on each last person all off shore said they were a 3rd party and did not call about the coustomer I told him we are suing he said you all cannot touch us. and hugh.

Zero stars if I could. Can't say the management is awful because apparently there is none. Always avoids phone calls and is never at the store. Even the employees say he's a myth. They deleted content off my external hard drive without my consent and then couldn't recover it. Years worth of data gone. I would call for updates and nobody knew what was going on "..because I've been on vacation so I don't know." It was always excuse after excuse. Terrible communication, poor workmanship, and the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Do not under any circumstances take your device here.

Sign said 20-30 minutes for screen repair. It was done quick fast and right.
I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6. It cost 91.85 with tax. The guy working was polite. We cracked a few jokes. He laughed at my terrible dad joke. Think his name was Lee.
All and all I was in and out like I thought. So I was happy with that. It was around 10:30 on a Thursday. So probably need to go during the week when they first open if you are in a rush.

Brought my mom's iPad here because the battery was completely dead. The young gentleman at the front said it could take up to two days to fix the problem. We took it when the store opened and my mom received a phone call the next morning on Sunday letting her know it was ready for pick up. Friendly and fast service here. If you need any repairs done to your cell phone iPad this is the place to take it

Great service for an iPhone 12. Walked in with a very damaged screen and the screen was replaced in less than 45 Min. Cost was comparable for the expediency and quick turnaround due to me walking in and not having to schedule an appointment.
