i-Rite iPhone Screen Repair

Great service! I did get an immediate response with an estimate for the repair. The screen on my phone had turned off. They said it was because I had dropped it. I said I dropped the phone over two years ago but they said it does take time for the damage to get worse over time. I suppose that's what happened in this case. They ordered the part and it came in within two days. Once they called, I asked if I could bring the phone in that day and they said yes. They got it repaired in one hour.

good - lee was responsive and competitive with his yelp estimate. isaiah was helpful onsite and answered all of my questions. cracked phone screen was repaired within 1 hour.

bad - store is empty upon arrival and customers have to wait in silence for a few minutes until an associate finally appears.

ugly - cybersecurity risk...not fond of giving up my passcode but understand the need for testing and warranty.

so far so good. would return or recommend.

Friday was errand day and I had put off fixing my son Cole's tablet for long enough (6 months plus). I called I Rite to make sure they had the screen for the iPad mini and confirm the price of $89.
I Rite is easily found by GPS or just head to Short Pump Cinema and it's on the left two doors down. It's a quaint little repair shop that does wonders. There is a large parking lot and several restaurants in walking distance to check out while they repair your gear.

I remember in the not so distant past if broke the screen on your laptop it was toast. You were better off replacing the whole thing due to the cost of replacing the screen. I am amazed to see how far we have come. They had the screen I needed in stock, under a $100, and it was done in an hour &1/2. It almost seems unreal. The techician Cameron, was helpful, and courteous. I appreciated his honesty when giving advice on the pros and cons of of repair vs replacement. The whole process took about an hour and it looked brand new when it was done.
My son has been using it for the last few days and is so happy. Thank you I Rite for helping me be his hero for the day!

Terrible service and terrible customer service!! Both Verizon store and UBreakIt confirmed that screen was put on incorrectly, causing glitches. Two employees were very nasty, both insisted that phone must have been dropped, despite problems with phone the day it was returned to us.

Great, fast and reliable. Came in on a Friday afternoon and was serviced right away. The store lay out was very attractive and clean. Would recommend for all of your electronic needs!

Very impressed with this place. The owner, Lee, was very quick to respond to my Yelp bid for iPhone repair. CJ repaired my iPhone which had a broken back glass. It takes several hours to replace this. Their price was almost half what others were charging. Phone was new but on my didn't take insurance to save money because T-Mobile charges $14 extra per month. My phones never worked better. Thank you fellas.

Came here to get the screen on my Galaxy S5 repaired.

They repaired the screen but then my 4g would not work and they couldn't fix it.

I was better off with the broken screen and the $130 I spent on it.

Avoid.

Great screen repair for my iPhone 7. 20 mins in and out. I got it repaired earlier which is no where close to the service i-rite provided
