Dr melek kayser claims to be a perfectionist, not so had procedure done and it was the most awful experience ever! Tried to get him to fix it and he would not do anything, I have been told by people who have seen me ask? Was I in an accident the scars he left are definitely a result of the surgery, please. Check the surgeons past work before you have surgery and find out how many procedures they have done.

Dr Kayser is so patient and knowledgeable. Had a great experience with my surgery. Sad to see him retire.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Kayser in June. I knew immediately that he was the surgeon for me. He took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He also wanted the same natural look I was wanting with breast implants. His staff was always very friendly and helpful. I was very scared about having the procedure done but 6 months later I'm thrilled and wishing I would've had it done sooner. This is the best office in Metro Detroit. Do not go to a surgeon that is going to make you look cookie cutter to save a few bucks! Thank you Dr. Kayser!!!

Dr. Kayser and his staff are the best! I had a tummy tuck with lipo, breast implants and a breast lift after losing over 100 pounds. I was very concerned about finding the right surgeon that would give me great results which is why I chose to pay for a cosmetic surgeon instead of going to a general surgeon that my insurance would pay for. I was very nervous and Dr. Kayser and his staff went out of their way to comfort me and make sure I felt comfortable. He even prayed with me before the surgery! Needless to say my results exceeded my expectations! My incisions are flawless! No complications from surgery just an overall wonderful experience. My body has never looked so good! I really love Dr. Kayser because he's not just in it for the money! He is genuinely concerned about his patients!
