Oh my gosh!!!!! It just keeps getting better! Shahid came to Inland Empire Photo Club in Temecula and did a GREAT presentation for our club! I only wished that every single person could have been there. So much great inspirational info and new technology that is hard for us old timers to imagine! If anyone can help us through all the changes and help mould the future of the photography industry, Image One can. Huge influencers with generosity that is so rare.

Thanks for all you have done in the past and the amazing work you will continue to do.

Terrible experience. Called on Thursday. Talked to Tom. We explained in detail what we needed to rent in a video camera so we could record an event today, Saturday. He assured us that he had everything we needed. We arrived and spoke to someone else. They did not have everything we needed. In fact, in order for us to use the video camera we wanted to rent, we would have had to purchase a $500 media card! We said, "You don't rent media cards?" He said, "We don't have any." So he expected us to buy a $500 media card for a camera we were going to rent? What a tremendous waste of time driving there. And now, because they massively failed on service, we have no camera whatsoever to use today. The guy who helped us didn't seem to care even a tiny bit. Highly un-recommended.

I was in need of a camera and lens combo, and they had something left just enough to get me by. The staff were helpful, the location was clean and organized, and the prices were acceptable. I would come back if need be

These guys are always so incredibly helpful and it's the only place I go for all my photo needs. 5 stars all the way!

Just left ImageOne in Riverside and was impressed and satisfied with the excellent service provided by Alfredo. The process of sending out my film to get developed was very smooth and Alfredo was so extremely approachable and knowledgeable. He even reminded me that I might want to buy some more film so I did! Great experience overall!

They said my Hasselblad 500cm, Leica M3, Leica R4s, Nikon D5600, some Olympus point and shoots, annnnddd my Nikon FM2 would all be bought for 800 dollars. Hasselblad and Leica are worth at least 1000-2000 alone sold anywhere else. Really tried to buy my whole bundle for such an outrageous low price. I was just gonna sell them everything else besides the Leica and Hassy for 200 but, than the manager walked up and said. "We can't give the money right now cause the guy that writes checks isn't here, you can come back tomorrow". Y'all could've just told me that in the first place! An absolute rip off and waste of time. Two people that were helping me a lady and young guy were really nice and told me I could sell these online for a lot more!

Sam and Eddie should have their own show! Came in to buy film and received the best service! Eddie was very helpful to my daughter in searching for a film camera. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and so nice to us. Def would recommend this place to anyone looking to develop their film, and any camera accessories. Stop by and check out this place. Really impressed by the service here at Image One Camera! Came in here with my mom to develop some film and purchase film, and walked out with a film camera with accessories! Thank you Sam and Eddie for being so helpful and patient. I will for sure be coming back here again!!

Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review. I had dropped off a few rolls of films to be developed on 11/19/2022. The manager had stated that I should receive my prints within 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and no update from the store. So I decided to give them a call to determine if I should expect it soon. They stated that due to the holidays they were a bit delayed.

They should have given all the customers that were pending prints a courtesy call. I finally received my prints after 30 days of waiting.

I totally understand that things happen, but provide better customer service and don't promise the customer something that you can't deliver on time. Better yet, call the customer to provide them an update.

Also, I'm pretty disappointed about paying an extra $40 due to the half-frame prints. They should have been more specific that they were printing them as individual prints rather than regular prints.

They definitely need to work on clarifying expectations and provide honest print times.
