Kylie J.SoMa, San Francisco, CA01Mar 11, 2023I had scheduled an appointment for my friend and I for my birthday a week before. We even recieved a confirmation text for our appointment a day before. On the day of our appointment (my birthday) we went into the salon and they informed us that indy beauty spot was no longer at that location. When they tried to contact Stacey she didn't answer. To say I was very disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Later that day I recieved an email from Stacey apologizing and stating that she tried to contact the number on file. Which is my current number, and I never recieved anything. She then told me for my inconvenience she would treat my friend and I to free facials. I responded, trying to set up an appointment with no reply. It has been 3 weeks.
This is not the way you should conduct business. I understand she was moving locations, but it is still totally unprofessional.
