Infinity Spa and Nails

I would not recommend this salon. I made an appointment more than two days in advance but less than 30 minutes later it was canceled. I tried to rebook but it seems I am banned from rebooking. Very unprofessional.

I'm one to pamper myself when needed, include I hate taking care of my feet myself I enjoy some time out of the office to get them taken care of. They took care and weren't pushing to have other treatments or upgrades.
Preferably I schedule an appointment over the phone, online can only accommodate yourself if you have +1 or more with you.

I absolutely love this place! I've been coming here since 2021 to get my nails done (dip). Katie takes into consideration my nail health and has matched all of my Pinterest aspirations. When I have chipped my nails (e.g., my cute glitter French tip the week before Christmas), they squeezed me into their busy schedule.

They are so professional and great to work with!! They are very detailed with manicure. I've always had dip powder with great results every time. 100% recommended.

I haven't even stepped in to this salon bc the customer service was horrible over the phone. Whoever, I spoke to was very condescending. I was only trying to add 2 more services to our appointment and it felt more of a problem doing that. very disappointed since I was excited to try this place out.

This place was great. I got a mani-pedi and was taken care of by Lei. Lei did an amazing job, was polite, and professional. On top of that, I'm not someone that gets my nails done often, but when I have gone, it's always a little painful. Either the tip of your finger gets filed and it hurts a little, or a tool will slip and you get knicked. But, Lei was great and for the first time there was none of that!

The worst dip I've ever had done. First of all I was there for 3 hours total and I only was scheduled for a pedi & dip. The pedicure was great, I must be fair but the nails....awful!

She cut me multiple times with the sharp file....she applied 4 dip layers and then when she went to file down, they were so wet she had to dip again.

When I went to another place to get them fixed they couldn't believe what my nails looked like.

I looooove infinity! Katie does the best liquid gel nails ever and always makes sure my set comes out more beautiful than the picture I show her for inspiration.

Usha gives the best massages ever! The massage with body scrub is phenomenal and the most relaxing experience. If you're looking for a full service spa, Infinity is definitely the place to go!

I have been going to Infinity Spa for about a year. Appointments are easy to make online. I have been getting dip nails done by Linh and she has been great. She pays attention to details and always makes sure my nails look good.

If you pay by credit card there is a surcharge of 3.5% so I advice to have cash or you can pay via Venmo but through the debit card instead.

Ample of parking in the back of the spa and also sometimes in the front. Linh also always offers me something to drink and you must try the herbal tea with real edible lavender/roses.

I booked a Spa Pedicure and Classic Manicure with Linh as a birthday treat to myself. I liked that I was able to book online. I rarely get my nails done and noone told me what to do when I got there, so I didn't know I should have selected a color before my pedicure started. I really enjoyed my pedicure, especially the remote controlled massage chair (though my back/neck hurt the next day so I think I used it too long). Linh did spend much of my manicure chatting with her coworker in her native language, which may bother some, but as an overstimulated mom I was just happy to not have to small talk:). My nails looked great and held up for a week with LOTS of dishes and they weren't even gel. Reminder to bring cash for tip! I'd definitely consider coming back in the future.
