InFocus Urgent Care

I had a persistent cough and they immediately accepted me without an appointment. The doctor was extremely nice and carefully explained her treatment plan. I recommended this center to my friends and family and will use it in the future.

Albeit I hope I don't have to use their services too often.

My daughter went here and left before seeing the doctor. The doctor and receptionist repeatedly charged people more than their copay which lead to verbal confrontations in the lobby. When my daughter inquired what she would be charged the receptionist went to the next room and could be overheard saying rude comments about being asked. She then returned and said my daughter would be charged the copay, then doctor came out and said no, she would be charged $100. Needless to say it was all very sketchy and bizarre for a medical practice. The decision was made to go to a different urgent care where they seemed less likely to scam you.

Maybe it used to be good, but it isn't any longer. At my most recent visit there, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, they double billed me (by accident?)...and while the website says "feel free to contact our billing department," there is no way to figure out how to do that. The website conveniently doesn't list a contact for them. Moreover, at least in Ewing, they NEVER answer the phone, so if you have a problem, you get to drive there. The doctors are good, but NOTHING else about their service is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OPERATION.

This is the most horrible urgent care I've ever been to. Visited as my 2 year old wasn't feeling well. They've an extremely small waiting area. There were 3 patients waiting in that room. Doesn't matter how many times you ring the bell, they don't acknowledge you. We walked out without seeing the doctor.

The experience at this urgent care was less than ideal. There was unprofessional behavior from the start with this staff which included the receptionist calling out to the medical assistants in the back yelling "I have a patient here" two to three times before he brought us to an exam room while blatantly ignoring phone calls. The medical assistant's behavior was rude as she asked questions on intake and completing a Covid/strep test. This office failed to give us the results back from the tests where we repeatedly tried to call the office for three days. They also failed to leave a message stating to stop taking the incorrect medication. I would highly not recommend this place after this experience.

Friendliest urgent care I've been to. Took me without an appointment, and it was the shortest wait time to see a doctor. In and out.

Had to give them 1 star only because there was no option of a 0 star. Absolutely shady billing practice. If you have insurance, do not pay them more copay than what is stated on your insurance card. Although my insurance card said that my copay was $30, the billing admin at the practice said she could "not verify" this copay in their system and asked me to pay $150 with the promise that I would be refunded the excess amount after insurance claim was settled. Insurance did pay them the $120 that the practice was supposed to get, but I did not get back my excess payment. If you call the clinic they direct billing questions to the "billing department". Their "billing department" is a joke-it is a voicemail that never returns your call so you keep going around in circles with no resolution. I am planning to sue them in a small claims court. Any one on this board who has been cheated on their payment by this fraudulent practice want to join me?

I went there Oct 5 and they called me with my test results Oct 10 - 5 days late for a simple urine test that takes 24-48 hours to come back from the lab. They put me on wrong medication for 5 days! This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of Urgent Care, even my primary care doctor can do better than this. Dr Seeta Arjun seemed nice but I'll never go back there. Yikes.

I was on the phone with a woman, having an allergic reaction. She was rude and apathetic. When I asked for her name, she said nothing and hung up on me.

My daughter hurt her arm at school and was in a lot of pain. Walked in at 1:00pm with a daughter in tears and walked out 45 minutes later with an x-ray diagnosis of mild fracture and temporary cast. Very glad we went to InFocus urgent care in West Windsor instead of the ER.
