Great communication and amazing work by Paul and Mallory. The inspection report was ready the same day the inspection took place and it was so detailed! Paul went above and beyond and my family greatly appreciates it. His report not only let us know what he found but it took the time to explain how things are supposed to be, in order to better understand what issues the property had. The tools he uses are very up to date and provide the details on what you can't see, such as water damage hiding behind walls. The report was also very easy to navigate with the software he uses. I'm a San Diego Realtor and have a friend purchasing a home in the Coachella Valley. We found Paul for the home inspection and were very happy with the whole experience. The booking process was quick and simple through his website. The day of the inspection I arrived a few minutes early prior to our scheduled time and Paul was already there and had gotten started going through the exterior. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He ended up completing the inspection very thoroughly and earlier than expected. We arranged for my client to meet us right when he got done and he went through the inspection with us in full depth. That same evening we received the very detailed inspection. Paul made the whole process very straightforward and simple.

Paul Johnson was proactive in reaching out prior to the inspection to discuss the overall inspection, provide specifics regarding the amount of time he anticipated, and answer any questions prior to the inspection day. Paul was prompt (he actually arrived early which was wonderful) the day of the inspection, and provided a thorough, detailed report including photos the same day as the inspection. The report was further broken down into categories which included the number of items inspected, and highlighted "Safety Hazard or Major Defect," "Defect/Recommended Repair," and "Maintenance Item or Observation." This categorization helps put everything in perspective in terms of major versus minor repairs. Very professional and personable.

Paul is amazing. Super nice guy, family business who really cares about his customers. Price was the lowest I could find with great reviews and he did not disappoint.
