I have been a patient at this facility since 2018, every interaction I have with them is pleasant, efficient, effective and extremely professional.
Dr Zhanna Zitsbank, and the entire team have my complete trust and gratitude...I highly recommend this business.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - zop L.FL, FL04Apr 10, 2024

I had an unpleasant experience with this clinic in 2022. Left them a 2 star honest review on google maps. This month I needed some paperwork done by them - came back - instead of apologizing and asking how they can help - Julia DEMANDED in a very rude tone that I delete my original review. After I said no, she kicked me out and I was denied service.
Now I understand that businesses can choose who to service and whom to deny - but in my case. My medical papers were ACCEPTED by the receptionist and I was told to come back tomorrow and receive my signed and prepared papers. But instead Julia calls and says I have to delete my original review FIRST before they can proceed working on my stuff. I don't think thats professional or ethical. A review is a review and if you want better reviews you need to do better, not put people in a situation where they have no other option.
I ended up going to a different clinic and had to start everything from scratch and pay all the fees (which were not small) and lost 2 weeks of precious time all because Julia would not put a signature on a completed and prepared document that I ALREADY PAID THEM FOR. Because I had previously left them a 2 star review and would not remove it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Daltan B.Caledonia, Canada31Aug 28, 2023
THE BEST CARE. These hero's looked after my daughter after she fell off the bed and fractured her arm. We were in and out with X-rays and a cast in under 1.5 hours. As a father I was stressed but they made her so comfortable and they treated her like family. They even gave her a doctor kit for being so brave and now she looks up to these doctors. Thank you so so much for your love, your kindness and your hard hard work. And for understanding our time pressed situation to board a cruise ship within hours of our visit. Daisy is doing great because of you. sending you all love and happiness. FOREVER GRATEFUL!

I visited this clinic on 7/3 for COVID 19 testing.
I recently learned someone I work with had tested positive for the virus. We were asked to be tested for precaution.
This clinic was recommended as being pretty quick and no appointment is necessary.
I called before I went and the lady who answered did not seem very friendly but gave me the information I needed to head on over.
First impression is that it is not very clean. The receptionist was the one who answers the phone, takes in the patients, I believe does triage and also cashiers. I am sure that was why she was not very friendly, she handles a lot on her own.
I arrived about 2pm and there were 4 people ahead of us. They were all very patient and seating was set up about 4 ft apart. Everyone was wearing a mask.
The lobby looked dated and a plant in the side table was brown and drying out. Signs were pealing off the walls.
There was a price poster that didn't have any information about COVID testing.
The receptionist took my information and ID. But didn't ask for my insurance information. I had to offer it. And she snapped at me and said I could use it if I wanted to (duh?).
The price if you don't use your insurance is &75 for the rapid antibodies test and $175 for COVID throat swab test. The results take 5-8 business days to come back. And DO NOT CALL to follow up. They will email you when they get your results. They were very specific about that.
The room where I went in to test was also a bit dated and stick ons they had on the walls were pealing.
The whole experience felt like I was taking a secretive test and hoping no one saw me there. Lol.
Im not sure I would recommend this place to a family or friend. I would suggest being proactive and making an appointment with a CVS or a medical office you are familiar with. Although the visit was basic, the office felt a bit underground.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hello Gloria, Thank you for your feedback we passed the information onto our staff. Our patients health is very important and we do what we can to stop the spead COVID-19. Our covid procedures are that we sanitize our waiting room and examination rooms after each patient we also have a UV light that we keep on when the rooms are not in use to sanitize the air and surfaces. Unfortunatly that flower bloomed and died but we have removed it from our waiting area.

I had a positive Covid test at home, so went to the clinic for treatment. They didn't test me, and even though I asked for the drug which treats Covid (Paxlovid) I was provided a antibiotic therapy. Antibiotics don't work against Covid, as Ive know been reminded by most people I've spoken to. I went instead to another minute clinic and was tested, diagnosed positive for Covid and provided the correct drug of Paxlovid. Why couldn't instant Medical Care do the same? Also note that most of the people in the office weren't wearing PPE! In a room with a Covid patient no masks?!?

Walked in and the lady at the front was not very pleasant. I'm a healthcare worker and I've never had a front desk person be as rude as her. I would not come here. She asked what I'm here for, obviously to see the doctor??? Do I need to tell you what I'm being seen for in a room full of patients ??? They only take 2 types of insurances which is fine but I'm not paying 150 dollars when I have insurance. she should of told me when I called over the phone. The stupidity.

I went here to obtain a Corona virus swab. I was told by friends who had gone there that there was no charge; they had Medicare and secondary insurance as I did. They requested $35 which i paid before I could even think about it. I was told it was for nursing services. Not sure the government is going to buy that one. You mean like if have blood work drawn and there is an out of pocket charge for the phlebotomist to draw the blood ??
I could not find another Urgent Care that had an additional charge.
My wife went to MD Urgent Care just north of the tunnel; no extra charge by appointment. In and out in 5 minutesHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Hello I am sorry for the incovenience, we do not have a contract with medicare and that is why you only had to pay the nursing fee of $35 for the nurse to perform the test and not the test itself which was covered by your insurance.
