Long waits, charges extra fee, . Charged my insurance for the same thing twice. This is the first tine and place I've visited a dentist and left with tooth pain.

Best dentist experience ever, the receptionist are incredibly warm and helpful. Dr. Woo is extremely gentle and diligent.

I honestly had great dental work done here with Dr. Olga. The staff and reception are great and helpful. I had extensive reconstruction work done and spent thousands of dollars. It was worth it but I had work that still needed to be done. Unfortunately, Dr. Olga left the practice and my case was turned over to Dr. Zharkina. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I did have two appointments I couldn't make. I called the same day I woke up with a fever and chest congestion that I couldn't make it. Luckily, I didn't go because I tested positive for COVID that week. But I was still charged $100 for late cancellation. I had bridgework done by Dr. Zharkina even though she tried to sell me on expensive implants. My father died unexpectedly a week later and it completely devastated me. I really had to rush out of the country and was a mess for weeks. Unfortunately, I missed my follow-up and honestly forgot about it because I lost track of a lot of things. When I tried to reschedule, I explained what happened and apologized but dead parents aside, they wanted $500 to reschedule. Listen, I get this is a business and time is set aside for these appointments but dedicated patients who spend thousands and who have been going there for a while deserve a little more compassion. Any human being does, given a pandemic we are trying to come back from. It was upsetting how dismissive they were. Dr. Olga was the best and her leaving just made it no longer worth it to return. Dr. Zharkina is good but don't expect much in terms of being a decent person who relates to patients. She missed that course in dental school.
