Into The Blue Pool And Spa

I would give them no stars but this app will not give you that ability. We had a new liner and cove installed last year and from the start and throughout the project they have failed to go their work professionally, timely and correctly.

The liner wasn't installed correctly and from the start pulled loose in several places. Because they waited so long to install the liner even though we placed our order the first week of July, with all of their delays, they didn't finish the install till October.

They said it was too cold to fix the liner until the spring. I called them May 8th to remind them of the numerous places on the liner that were pulling loose. They said they would be there to finish their work . It is now July 8th and after warning them June 27th of this year that I would give two weeks to finish their work or I would hire someone else to fix our pool. At this time again he promised to send someone out to make the repairs. It's now two weeks later and as usual nobody has shown up.

I will hire someone Monday to make the repairs and send them the bill. I will also hire a lawyer to file a suit against this very unprofessional and corrupt business too.

Whatever you do find anyone but this company to do your pool work for you, as they very unprofessional and do not keep their word.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Totally unreliable, plus they lie. I tried to hire them to clean our pool. I asked what time they would be there? They told me they couldn't give me an answer. They also asked me for my address and email address to send me an invoice which I did. I waited the whole day without going anywhere waiting for them. Finally at 3 pm I called, got there answering machine. Than I texted them asking when they would arrive. No response. 4 pm I texted them again. No response se. 530 I texted again, they said they are working on getting there today. 630 I texted again asking if they were still coming. No response. The next day I texted them again asking if they were coming . Finally they texted me back saying they will be there today. I called around. Fou m d another company. So I texted them back saying I am going to cancel. Than they said since I never paid my invoice, they didn't come. Which I gladly would have paid it if they sent me one, which they never did. So completely disappointed with this company, I waisted a whole day waiting for them. If I could give them zero stars I would. BE AWARE of this horrible service. Go somewhere else for your pool needs. Lesson learned

Do NOT USE " Into the blue" pool and spa !! I repeat DO NOT use these people !! Save yourself a major headache!!! Worst experience. They overcharged extremely, Lied about the amount of product that they used, ( We have cameras so I can verify that) always said they were coming and wouldn't show up, left our hose on in the pool before they installed our light so then we had to dump half our water out, and they were just not easy to deal with! I tried to resolve the problem but they weren't willing to compromise. After all this happened, I researched them more and found other negative reviews on line in which others had similar issues. And if they respond to this review and say this isn't true, they are lying again. I'm very disappointed with these people. I tried to work it out with them so they could make it right but they would not. This is the first review that I can ever remember doing but I feel the need to warn others so that they won't go through what we have been through. I also just saw where they used a picture of MY pool with a fake account on facebook to give themselves a positive review. These people are shameful!!!

POOL OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!
Had Into the Blue Pool and spa install a pool liner. By the way I'm a home owner that has lived in this house for 23+ year and have had a few pool liners installed. The owner of into the Blue is Daniel Newman. I have known him for years from working with him in Car dealerships. Well heard he had opened a pool business and I needed a pool liner so bring I was unemployed figured he give me a fare honest deal I mean we are friends. (WERE)!!! So my wife and I picked a liner and he ordered it 3 weeks later I get a call it was the owner saying Tara liners had kick his measurements back indicating they couldn't be correct. So a Representative from Tara came out and showed him how to properly measure a pool. Rep was a very friendly man I even was able to ask him a few questions that I had. So Liner arrived and March the 10th Daniel came out to install it. Filled with water beautiful. So I added my Chemicals to start it few days later saw the corner was coming loose from wall called Daniel he had to schedule me in to come out well few days later the pool level dropped 2 inches called him back and let him know we had another issue pool was leaking this was 3-17-2020 so only 7 days and now a leak he finally came out 9 days later by then I was grasping at straws wondering where I was loosing water from I was looking at my sand filter and spider gasket thinking maybe that's was causing Daniel reinstalled the liner back in corner and said if it leaks after the spider gasket is installed to call him back. So I did again he had to schedule me in to come out mean while the liner was detaching from the wall in a different place called him back week later he came reinstalled liner back to wall and assured me that it come loose from wall was very common. ( Right) then he noticed something with the bottom of steps it was the liner pulling away from where it was mounted. Said he was going to contact Tara and would get back with me. Well haven't seen him since. So I called The Rep at Tara and he indicate it wasn't fault of the liner and that it wasn't warrantable but that he had spoke with Daniel and that he was working on a good price for another liner for him. Now Daniel is saying that I was the cause. PEOPLE I CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. Really how and why would I do that when I had paid all that money for a pool liner. Well I've resorted 28 days later which is now to have a different company to come out and most likely have to install another liner. I'LL HAVE TO RECOMMEND NOT USING HIM AT ALL!! MY APPENION HE' S VERY DISHONEST NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND HAS A VERY ABNOXIOUS ATTITUDE AND SOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. WILL LEAVE SOME PICTURES FOR YOU TO REVIEW.

Great experience working with Daniel and Into the Blue!!

I found this company on google and called them during the winter because of their great reviews! I'd hate to say the bad review below is a one off experience.... but it definitely was (sorry dude!)

Into the blue cleaned my swampy green pool and brought it up to speed at the beginning of summer. They did a great job with the cleaning, so we use them for routine maintenance once a week.. they have been a great company to work with and on top of my weekly routine, they have also come to trouble shoot other small issues ( fixed our pool pump and patched our liner). They did this in a cost efficient manner which made me very happy!

Recently I discovered a leak on the pool (this had nothing to do with into the blue), I called them to come take a look at which point they recommended a new liner (mine was over 10 years old)! I trusted their opinion and asked for a quote from them as well as a few other companies. The quote furnished was competitive and ultimately I went with into the blue based on price and previously working with them..

A process I thought would take a couple of weeks was completed in 2 days! My liner looks beautiful and we even got the pool open in time to enjoy the last few weeks of summer!! Yippeee

If you need an affordable pool company who you can trust, into the blue is the company for you.

Do not recommend this company if you are looming for fair pricing and good costumer service...they have neither. Daniel has a nasty attitude. Pay for weekly service and they dont show or bother to let you know they are not coming , you have to call them only to hear they were to busy to get to you and tell you a day they will be out and still dont show on that day. They basically come when they want and if there is a problem with any work they did oh to bad its not their fault. Definitely not a dependable company and they do not stand behind their work look else where if you get mixed up with this company you will regret it.
