Joe is the most awesome computer tech I've worked with! He spends as much time as necessary to explain things to you. I only had to pay $40 for him to fix a Wi-Fi issue after I tried many various troubleshooting methods, some of which had worked for me and saved me money in the past, but didn't work this time. He's amusing, transparent and informative to talk to, and can really open your mind about computers. He even leaves files on your computer detailing all the work he did, and files suggesting how you can keep your computer running optimally. Should I need to have my laptop looked at again, I plan on going back to Joe.

Can't say enough good things about this company and it's owner! Extremely knowledgable, extremely reasonable AND quick. Had my ailing desktop running better than new in 24 hours! Saved me many hours of frustration and possible further damage. Further, provided clear instructions on how to correctly maintain it with software loaded to do just that!
