This is long overdue bet well deserved. Iris sold our house for us in June 2023 (6 months ago). We had met with a couple agents to find the right fit and we're so glad we chose Iris. Our move happened very fast so we were long distance for the process. Which can be so much more difficult and stressful on top of the market fluctuating at the time we put it on the market. But not with Iris. She made everything such a breeze for us. She handled all the leg work, constantly checked on our home, even checked for our trash cans multiple times when the city kept forgetting to take them away. She vacuumed for us after several showings to keep the inside looking fresh. We left some mounted shelves we wanted back and she took them down herself and shipped them to us at no cost to us. When our buyer tried to nit pick down for petty things that add up, she asked what we wanted and then stuck to her guns for us. There are others things she did that felt to us, she went the extra mile for us. I mean I just can't say enough good things about Iris. If you are looking for a great agent, knowledgeable, persistent with the process and patient with you, goes the extra mile for her clients (within reason-nobody can magically change the market people!) then she is the agent for you. Not a single complaint.

I truly can't say enough about Iris. She helped us sell my brother's property, after his passing. I'm in Real Estate myself (across the country) and I can say that she was very on top of everything, perfect with communication, and made everything really smooth. This is also with a transaction that kept having new surprises and kinks to be worked out since the property was owned by an LLC and my brother's estate was involved etc etc. It was a lot of work but she stuck it out and saw it through and really took care of us. Really, if you're not sure who to go with and you're reading this, she deserves your business and will treat you incredibly well and with proficiency.

Best realtor I've had yet. We were looking for a very specific home and Iris went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. She was always available and willing to help and show us properties all over the area. Even some pretty hard to get ones off the beaten path. I would highly recommend Iris to anyone looking to buy a home or property anywhere in Lake County.

Iris was an absolute delight to work with. She is very sociable, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She showed us many different properties and was always on time excited to be there.
