iTech iPhone & MacBook Repair

I went there after my 2012 macbook pro stopped charging suddenly. I tried different chargers and I was sure it is indeed a problem with my macbook pro. I went to iTech and the guy opened the macbook pro body to diagnose the issue. After unplugging the battery and plugging it back in was charging again. He couldn't find anything else that was wrong and he closed it up. When I wanted to pay him he refused and said it was such a quick and easy fix. Great service and I will come back whenever I have any issue with one of my apple products.

Tony provides quick and affordable service. He has fixed my cell phone as well as my husband's, two of my cousins, and aunts cell phones. He does great work! It's so much more affordable to get your phone fixed through him than dealing with insurance with your cell phone carrier, which never ends up being worth the monthly expense and headache.

I had a seamless experience at iTech! I found iTech on yelp. Tony was able to diagnosis my broken PC in a moment. It was a charging port that he was able to fix in-store. The pricing was great! I was quoted $250 from somewhere else to just LOOK at my computer. My full fix cost under $100. He even helped me to find a charger on ebay for my PC. Tony is extremely professional, responsive and timely. An overall great and easy experience!

These guys are awesome! They fixed two of my phones extremely fast and at less than half the price of there competitors! Not to mention, I've only had my phone back for 4 hours and I can already tell they did a better quality job than their competitors. Tony is awesome! I had an antenna issue on my iPhone where I had no gps, Bluetooth and wifi. All the other shops I got a quote from quoted me a ridiculous price or told me they couldn't fix my issue. I was getting quotes about half the cost of my phone itself. Tony fixed my issue for about a 1/3 of the quoted prices I was getting. When I arrived he had maybe 3 people in front of me and had another 3 arrive after me. He however, fixed my issue in under an hour and made me test all the functions on my phone to make sure it was working properly. He even took off my broken tempered glass and threw in a new FREE of charge. His care for his customers, expertise in phones and affordable pricing makes him the only option you should used for your phone repairs. Thanks again Tony, I'll be returning for any future issues!

I usually don't write reviews but this place really deserves it! I needed work on a couple phones and my step son recommended Tony over at iTech. I have 2 teenage daughters that always need some sort of iPhone repairing! Tony knows exactly what he's doing and gives the most honest advice I've heard...I've gone to 2-3 different places in the past! Highly recommend!

If you have a cell phone issue or need a repair, I would highly recommend bringing your business to Tony and iTech. I rarely ever leave reviews but the high level of customer service I have received every time I've used them warranted a quick note. They have competitive pricing, use Factory quality parts and communicate thorough diagnostics of the phone. These 3 items are often overlooked or misguided at some other places I've tried so it was a breathe of fresh air when I found iTech.

This place has FANTASTIC customer service!! They really know what they are doing and they tell you exactly what they're going to do. I spilled liquid on my MacBook and took it to Apple & Best Buy and was quoted $1000 repair + the amount it cost to ship it out to a factory. I did not want to spend $1000 on a repair when a Mac costs that much. I was so concerned for my Mac and I decided to look up any place in SD that could repair it. I messaged iTech and they quoted me a doable price so I brought my Mac in. They took a look at it and take a pic of the inside and showed me the damage and then repaired it. My Mac is working just fine now and the damage was only to one part of my laptop. My speakers still aren't working but they're actually trying to figure out what the problem is. I am so shocked by how great this place is. If I hadn't brought my Mac to them I would've been looking at buying a new Mac. Instead, I am able to use mine and it works just fine, without having spent a ridiculous amount of money! If you have any iPhone/MacBook problems, I highly recommend bringing it to them!

Thank you for repairing my beloved MacBook so quickly. After dropping it on the floor, Tony was able to repair it at a fair price, within a day of dropping it off and it's working as good as new. Thanks to other Yelp reviews I found iTech and I'm so glad I did.
