I feel bad about changing my rating but I have to. I brought my iPhone to change the back glass and my Mac laptop to change the battery. The iPhone glass broke within a month and the Mac battery lasted the same amount of time. I feel I got scammed.

To respond to the owner's reply. I have brought my computer and phone to fix about a year ago. They broke and died a month later. I did not have time and motivation to write an update on my review until last week, when I used my battery dead Mac again.

I was recommended this location by some neighbors who said they had great experiences here.

I needed an iPad screen repair for a cracked broken/screen.
I dropped it off on a Tuesday around 2:30 and was quoted 1-3 days but was informed it would likely be 2 days.
It ended up being Saturday when I received a call to come get it but it was still a fairly quick turn around.

The repair was done well and they put a tempered screen on it to help keep it safe from future mishaps. They do also give a 1 year warranty for any defects. I did notice some of the games won't play sound out loud but others will so not sure if that's a side effect from the repair but overall everything seems great

The only thing that made me iffy was the drop off process- there was no receipt exchange to show that I dropped an item off and before I left they made me sign an agreement that if I were to call for any updates they would stop all repairs, give it back in whatever condition they had been in the process of, and you would still owe full price. Also, cash only.
It made me very wary and a bit stressed to be honest. It almost made me change my mind.

Overall though they were efficient and the price was totally reasonable

I am very pleased with iTech. The speaker of my iPhone stopped working a few days ago; I was tempted to do nothing about it, being weary of dealing with unknown establishments, possibly having to leave my phone for longer than I wanted, etc. However, I did a search for an iPhone repair shop and iTech came up, with good reviews. I stopped by today and Tony fixed the issue in less than half an hour and for a very reasonable fee. Before doing the repair, Tony took the initiative to clean the speaker, to see if that would resolve the problem, and only suggested replacing the part after that did not work. I appreciate a business owner who does not push a sale. The price of the services is clearly marked on the walls, along with the information that iTech does not take credit cards, which is their prerogative as a small business, and I respect that. My experience with iTech has been very good, I will definitely recommend it. Thank you, Tony.

Time:
Called in the morning, dropped off my Mac at 12pm, and they finished at 4pm. Quick turnaround but I might have been lucky.

Service:
Professional and informative.

Highly recommended for MacBook Pro battery replacement.

I called for a quote, and hung up after the conversation.

They started harassing me, calls and texts

In 31 seconds I explain the issue to which they replied we don't work on watches, call these other company, so how much ranting was done after
exchange? None. The only real question is why is Tony making up all of these lies? What set him off to behave in such a manner?? Maybe his mother knows?

Again do not do business with this company.

I went to iTech to replace the battery on an iPhone 8, remove a stuck head phone jack in an iPad and to replace a keyboard on a macbook air. (Kids are so expensive)

They provided a number of price options based on the parts being used and were able to fix each issue promptly and for a reasonable price. They communicated with me on the status of each project through text message and very friendly and easy to deal with.

I also went to them for help with removing a camera protector on an iPhone 14 and they removed it in under a minute and didn't charge me anything. Great store!

Amazing, was able to not only fix the issue but in a record time and extremely professional

My first experience with iTech was excellent. They replaced a tempered glass screen protector on my iPhone within a matter of minutes of walking into their door. Product and service was excellent and it was at a fraction of the price that my cellphone company charges. I highly recommend this business!
