The trouble is he didn't install anything! all he did was plug in one end of the tubing in I supplied and shoved the other end up in to the back of the cabinet, he did not connect it! I repeat he didn't know what he was doing he should've told me from the beginning.

We apologize you had had an unpleasant experience with our company. We offer a flat rate of $125 for any installation. Our technician visited your property and installed the part necessary. Sometimes technicians run into problems for a variety of reasons. If any of our technicians run into issues relating to plumbing, electrical or anything that could result in cosmetic damages we refer the customer to the proper service. Thank you for your feedback.Jul 16, 2020Previous reviewIt was suggested by Emerson to use them to install a filter into my new Insinkerator hot water dispenser, the tech jerry-rigged it and the tubing was not properly installed in the filter or dispenser. I was trying to figure out why it still had an unpleasant taste only to discover he never installed it correctly in the first place. FRAUD and they will not reimburse me for my $125.00 charge. I am 73 and on a fixed income. Shame on this company! I tried to speak to the owner and the receptionist is protecting him, she refuses to let me speak to him. The tech came out one more time and suggested I call a plumber, now I am spending $345 to get this done properly.

Reported my microwave not working with home warranty company, assign to one vendor who refused home warranty claim, was handed off to J&B; they called the next day with out explanation and scheduled a tech. Tech showed up the next day, spent about 30 minutes, diagnosed broken sensor, stated he would order the part and call next with to come back out and complete repairs....Not only did he NOT call back but their office stated they haven't heard from him...for two weeks? Their office staff continually punts, promising they will call back with status but NEVER calls back - I've had this issue since Sept 4th; next week will make it a month w/o repairs. My home warranty company has stated in an email to go find a company on my own and send them the CC charges.

J & B Appliance LLC is terrible. Trust me, take your business elsewhere.
I was referred to this sorry organization masquerading as a business by Whirlpool for warranty service.
1. Week 1: I schedule an appointment with them to which they give me a three hour window for the technician to show. They also say the technician will give me a phone call about 30 minutes before he arrives. On the day of the appointment the time window for the technician to show passes. I call J & B to ask where the technician is and they tell me "the system" cancelled the appointment. But I never received notice from them informing me of the cancelled appointment. On learning of the cancelled appointment I schedule for another appointment. When I called the following week to confirm the appointment and head off any "system cancellations" it seems J & B is so busy they cannot answer their phone. Finally, after several calls someone puts down the crack pipe, answers the phone, and confirms my appointment.
2. Week 2: In the hit or miss, roll of the dice, crapshoot that is J & B Appliance, the technician actually shows up. He says he needs to order a part and I should call J & B to schedule an appointment. I schedule an appointment for the following Friday and am given a time window of 11-2 for the technician to show with a 30 minute prior notice phone call-fingers crossed.
3. Week 3: As I have done for two weeks previously I make some major adjustments to my schedule for the technician to fix my appliance. And lo and behold! The J & B technician is a no show by the end of the appointment window. So I call the puzzle palace of appliance repair and I am sent to voicemail. After several phone calls of no answer or being sent to voicemail someone takes the crack pipe out of their mouth, or whatever was in their mouth, and answers my phone call. They apologize and say they will try and locate the technician and to call back in an hour. I call back in an hour and explain the whole situation to someone that must have been hired five minutes before. They say they will call me back. Of course no one calls me back. When I call J & B I learn the fraud of a human that would "locate the technician" had left for the day. An hour later no one has called me back and I talk to an older lady who may be the only person at J & B not under the influence or working for the cash to get under the influence. This lady tells me she is very sorry, she doesn't know what to tell me, and that she will refer me to the head ringmaster of the J & B circus, Angela. Surprise, surprise! Angela calls me back to tell me they won't service my appliance because they were not the ones that serviced it the first time. Further, she says she will contact Whirlpool and inform them of this issue on Monday.
4. Week 4: Monday at 11 A.M. I call J & B to ask what the status is of the phone call to Whirlpool and I get sent to voicemail. Repeated calls get only voicemail or no answer. So ends my involvement with the scam of a business know as J & B Appliance LLC.
Epilogue
I called ATS (Authorized Technical Service) at 520-903-1448 right after dealing with J & B. Because they were the original servicers of my appliance they had me in their records and knew what the problem was. I made an appointment for the following Thursday in the morning. The technician called me Thursday morning at 7:30 to give me at two hour appointment window of 9-11. The technician showed up five minutes early. He fixed my washer. Explained what the problem was (the problem is I bought a Whirlpool washer). He left his business card and was gone in about 35 minutes. So, J &B Appliance-a bunch of incompetent liars. ATS? J & B was contacted by Maytag for a warranty issue on a brand new dryer. The tech came out, took photos, said he'd contact Maytag tech service and I would receive an email update about how to proceed. After an email and multiple phone calls to J & B, I went back to Maytag. They showed the problem as repaired and closed out, not the case.
I've tried to call J & B 6 or 7 times over the course of this problem. Only one time did they answer their phone. They never returned any of my voicemails and failed to answer an email contact off their web site. House call made; a part ordered. In subsequent calls to the office treated very poorly over the phone...address listed on invoice is 1517 N. Wilmot. ste 144; on website 7049 e tanque verde...tried to find the former; it is a UPS store.

Don't use if you expect good customer service. First appointment they diagnosed the problem. Second appointment they brought the wrong part and office staff was rude about rescheduling, unwilling to budge or deviate from whatever their norm is. Didn't show up for third appointment and called me needing to reschedule again! Very rude and wouldn't work with the customer after it was their mistake. Needless to say, they didn't come back for a fourth appointment. I will take my money else where.

Horrible company. Repair person did not show up. We called the next day and was promised a return phone call. No call. I had to contact Fridgidaire to get assigned another company for the warranty work.

This place is unbelievable when it comes to customer service, they are in a hurry to collect the a outrageous amount of money for a little bit of work, then run you around to perform for the work that has already been paid for!!
Twice they made appointment they pulled a no show, no call, no apology!!! They play games!!
Avoid them like the plague!!
