Jackson Appliance Service

They were here several times, at $109 per visit, without fixing my refrigerator. We ordered parts, and they never contacted us that the parts were in. We must have paid $500 in fees, and our icemaker still doesn't work. Their repairman came today, and I told him this should be free, since we've already had them here repeatedly, without results, but of course he wouldn't promise that (no blame on him.) I'd rather buy another refrigerator than ever call them again.

Can anyone tell me if the store is open? Called all the numbers listed, nothing. Need appliance service. Any suggestions???

Such a gentleman. Tom came out because our washing machine was leaking water. After less than 10 minutes, he found that it was our pipe that was leaking. He suggested multiple remedies and was very helpful. He was respectful and didn't try to convince me to fix something that wasn't broken. Very satisfied.

Con-artists ... ,At least in Jackson .. Told me the replacement part was $537.00 for my refrigerator.. so I looked up the part number and it was between $20-$80 depending on where I found it...

Follow up.. Just talked to service manager.. And unfortunately This post makes me give at least one star... Let me know that there part prices "are what they are" And added cost because my tenant that spoiled food in the frige ( that does not work) ... I replaced the unit for less than they wanted to replace a $20-$80 part...

I called asking about a part for my dishwasher. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I found my part through a competitor.

My washing machine decided to flood the laundry room this morning. After I cleaned up the mess, I called them to diagnose and fix the problem. I called at 8:30am on a Saturday morning, and luckily they had a technician available. He arrived within a half hour. Took him 15 minutes to get into the machine and diagnose the problem as a cracked hose.

He gave me a quote for fixing it, and I approved.

Work was done within 1/2 hour of his arrival, and that included testing the washer through a rinse cycle.

All fixed, less than 2 hours from my initial call. I could not be happier!

I very rarely rate someone 'A' across the board, but in this case I really have nothing to ding them about!
