Left front corner of my car was crumpled and they returned it to me like new. Superb workmanship, really appreciated the level of service.

The worst experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional told me I can get my car fixed for $4000 instead of $8000. I was extremely happy when I heard that he was going to be able to do it for that cost. However, my car stopped working after he was done fixing the car, I had to take it to other places to get my car back running, and I am still missing some parts

Let's start off by saying I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE HAD MY CAR REPAIRED HERE; If you are looking for a great place to get body work done and you have come across this company..you should probably stop looking once you find this place .....1. They are honest and trustworthy 2. Recieving a quote was quick and easy 3. They were extremely respectful 4. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were meet 5. They answered the phones when i called numerous times to get an update on where they were with repairs 6. My car was repaired on time 7.they have convenient hours 8. My car war repaired properly and they didnt try to sell me something i didnt need 9. They clearly explained what needed to be done with my car and made sure i understood all of my options 10 . They thanked me !

They are in a stand alone building that says collision on a hill located in the same shopping plaza as family dollar, across from a car wash... you can park in the parking lot below the hill like i did or you can park behind their gate on top of the hill ....


A few weeks ago someone decided to break in my car....The door was broken...they jimmied the lock, causing the door to be jamed shut...I literally could not enter the drivers door. As you could imagine that was a NIGHTMARE... i took the car to a few other body shops and they told me the lock could not be repaired and i would have to purchase a new door for the car...these other shops told me they would have to repaint it and it would take a week etc etc ...all bs! SO I took a took a chance and did a yelp quote... omg i didnt even know yelp had quotes..BEST INVENTION EVER..AND a even smarter idea for a buisness owner to utilize the tool... Fred, the owner provided my quote almost immediately!!thank you ... i was hesitant on using a quote on the computer, i was sure i was going to get the good ole bate and switch... But to my surprise i took the drive from Brookhaven to East Point and he remained honest ....my quote was accurate and affordable...

I recieved my car back, they only had to replaced the door handle. I am happy i choose to go with them for my repairs....i whole heartedly trust them with my car and would use them over and over again ...

They kept my car for a year. They kept saying they would fix things they could not fix.

I showed up 3 times to pick up a car that I could not take home. I sat there all day one day and they still didnt have the car ready. I would show up and owe them more money for problems they did not "notice until I got there"

Do not do business with these people. They half painted my car. Put the wrong car parts on my car. Requested a deposit and then would not go out and get the parts for my car. The Paint job was horrible. There were no emblems or trim on the repaired parts. I paid him to fix something, he didn't fix it, I had to pay for a tow and then pay another guy to fix the problem, WITHOUT being refunded for the first failure.

My hood is uneven on my car. Panel on the interior of the car, where they replaced the rear windshield, were not put back. There was a hole in my hood. Nicks all in my paint.

I paid them over 5,000$ and I am in the process of suing them right now for EVERY PENNY plus what it cost to finish painting my car.

Horrible business. Do not go here.

My son and another vehicle were in an accident in October 2021. We scheduled to have the other driver's car, a 2017 Kia Optima, repaired here. The entire team was very professional and communicated the process honestly from the start to finish. They did a a great job on the repair for a very reasonable price.

My experience at Jacob Collision center was great and fast return of vehicle. I would recommend him to everyone I come in to contact with. I vehicle looked like it just come off showroom floor.

My experience at Jacob was refreshing and easy. I was mad and ashamed about hitting a concrete column at my office parking deck and did not want to make an insurance claim. My rear passenger door was pretty banged up. I got 3 estimates, including one from Jacobs. The guy at the first place took one look at my car and said it was definitely an insurance claim. I asked him to indulge me and write up and estimate, wherein he claimed I needed to order several new parts, including an entire door. It did not take a genius to know that guy was full of shit. The second place was a lot more reasonable but still wanted to order a bunch of parts--acted like they were just too good to pop out a dent from a door. Finally, I rolled into Jacobs, a little skeptical because of its location in the hood. Fred looked at my car and told me he could get it done without replacing my door. Even after I committed to the job and dropped my car off at Jacobs, I was afraid I was making a mistake to go with the cheapest estimate. Thankfully, I made the right choice. My car looks like I never hit the parking deck column. I avoided making an insurance claim. And, I got to support a local, minority-owned, family business.

I requested a quote for a tail light replacement and the owner was incredibly responsive and friendly. If I had the time to get the repair done here, I definitely would. Great customer service!
