Jamie auto service is the fairest and quickest mechanic in garfield ridge. I arrived and was almost immediately greeted by one of the staff in comparison the price was great as I had just been to another mech and had gotten a much higher price. I guess I've found my new honest neighborhood mechanic.

Horrible service, I took my truck to get the engine replaced it cost my over $5,000 and when I finally got it back it was still leaking a lot of oil all over the place I took it back multiple times and it kept leaking oil, The last time I decided to take it they called me and said it was the transmission that was leaking oil they messed up my transmission to cover up their mess when I called him he was really rude telling me he wasn't going to fix anything I regret taking my truck to this shop it's the worst DONT GO THEYRE THEFTS!

El servicio es horrible, lleve mi camioneta para cambiarle el motor cuando me la entregaron tiraba aceite por todas partes, page mas de $5,000 la regrese varias veces y siempre me la entregan igual, la última vez que la lleve me llamaron diciendo que era la transmisión que tiraba aceite me fregaron la transmisión y el motor el peor taller que hay no se arrimen son unos RATEROS!

This review is 6 months after I had the front suspension repaired on my 2007 truck. I wanted to make sure it was fixed. I was going to another shop in the neighborhood for many years. It seems that shop just couldn't get it right, same repair a couple times over. After a couple neighbors recommended Jaime's , i took the leap and went there! Best advice. Yeah, I had to replace a lot of things, paid some cash but now that truck has never been better! No more squeaks or spinning noise.
I Just had some sensors replaced for check engine emissions, passed.
All the employees are working when I go there. No body standing around. The office is clean. My truck was ready in a timely manner. The receipt is clear about what work was done.
If you need work performed on your vehicle go to Jaimes. This shop is honest and does quality work.

I have been a customer here for over 10 plus years, owner Jaime was honest with me recently about a Kia cumputer replacement my Kia needed. He cares about his customers, he gave me great advise about my car, i felt very safe with him and told him I trusted him, I highly recommend him. My Kia was ready in no time and working well. If you want engine problems and oil all over your driveway then this is the place to to get your car serviced. I took my vehicle here when the back up line at Advantage Chevrolet was backed up for two weeks. This place S U C K S, they left my car bleeding from engine oil for a few days as I drove it. Jaime claimed it was normal as the engine flowed down from the manifold as it would need to be burned out. When I took it back to get fixed so he can fix his work he answered I'll get to it in a few days and as I expressed I needed my car fixed he decided to refund my money and asked to leave. If any positive reviews are posted they're possibly from the owners workers. Don't be fooled with this place they'll give you garbage service.

Don't trust this shop, you'll get ripped off with aftermarket parts how Chevy told me they installed generic parts when they knew the parts that needed to be replaced were warrantied by the dealer and only found at the dealer. They also notified me that they broke a gasket which caused the oil leakage an easy fix which wasn't done by Jaime's Shop. I hope KARMA hits Jaime and all his mechanics one day and get screwed in the outside world how they screw their customers!!!

Don't get ripped off like I did. 1200 break job. Then wanted to keep my truck over the weekend to fix a abs light that came on after his repairs. He does work on your vehicle without proper authorization to upcharge the job, also hold your car hostage until you pay. Stay away!

Jaime runs a great shop. He is professional, takes great care of his customer's and very fair priced. I would highly recommend Jaime Auto Service. He took very good care of my car and got me back on the road quickly and at a price that beat other shop estimates.

Needed my car fixed, Jaime helped me out got my car fixed in a day. Gave me a great deal as well. Not going to Firestone anymore . Jaime is my guy for now on.

i was initially lured in by the cheap prices but found out that are cheap for a reason.
both of the things they "fixed" ended up going south on me in 6-9 months. they would not stand behind their work so I ended up having t go elsewhere. everything has been fine since then.
