James is my only call when we have repair needs.

I met him after buying a "new" French door refrigerator from a Facebook seller. The refrigerator was supposed to have been used and just needed a new track for the freezer drawer. My husband and I replaced the track but the temperature never regulated. We called James and he sadly notified us that we had been swindled and the refrigerator had a Freon leak which had an ineffective fix...there was no fix for this so we were out the $$ we paid. So rather we had James fix our old refrigerator which he identified easily and even had the part needed! So as you can imagine, he was my first call for our 4 yr old washer when it quit. Fortunately I got a chance to meet James Jr during this visit! What a super sweet team they make!

James was awesome. Fortunately he was able to diagnose my issue right away and I only had to pay the service fee, which I did gladly. Booking the service call was easy (online) and I got a confirmation the morning of the service. I'm happy that I have someone I feel I can trust should the need come up again in the future. Thanks James!

Picked up my call on the 1st ring. May be good or reliable, I'll never know. James said they do not service dishwashers any longer. Don't call if you need yours repaired.

Make sure you click more info when booking your appointment to make sure you meet ALL requirements. We waited over a week only to find out he doesn't service stacked front loaders.
**Added after response from owner: first of all, I'm not sure what you are implying by specifying that this is a black-owned business like that had something to do with my review. I have two kids under 7, a husband with cancer, and a stressful full-time job, so forgive me that when I booked I thought I didn't need more info when I selected front load washer. All I wanted was for it to be fixed. I saw washer front load and that's what I have so I selected it. The last guy that fixed it years ago didn't have a problem with them being stacked so I never thought there would be a problem now. I'd have called him but he moved.
I gave three stars because your booking website could have been clearer.

The owner of this shop is also the technician. Wow!!!! That is great. To tell you the whole story, I originally hired another company that sells used appliance. They said that my 6 year old refrigerator needs to be replaced and they can sell me a used one. Sound fishy huh? The problem was my frig was wasn't that cold, but the freezer was perfect. This other company claimed my freezer was going to go bad real soon. That is a total lie. Look up, "Freezer works, but frig is NOT that cold." There is NOTHING wrong with my compressor, they just wanted my Frig to resale it at their own store. Luckily I found James who confirmed that my Frig was fine and he fixed it right away.

James is awesome! He fixed my washer and my dishwasher! Definitely recommend. He was responsive and on time. Great guy too!

He has been to my house 2 times. Always on time, very courteous, does his job very well. For both projects he has fixed both of them. I would highly recommend James.

We recently moved to Fort Myers and needed to have our washing machine repaired. Not knowing anyone in the area, I found James on the internet and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed! It was so easy to schedule an appointment on line at a time convenient for my schedule. I received timely email and text confirmations and reminders. James arrived on time and was so friendly and professional. He explained the problem, what he would do to fix it and provided a reasonable quote for the job. He had the necessary parts on his truck and the problem was fixed within an hour. I appreciated that he also tested the machine to make sure it was working as expected. I will definitely call James again for any other repairs. Thanks James!

James is great, easy to work with and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again.

James came this morning, fixed my LG washing machine which had made many moves from Virginia to Florida.
The noise of spinning was beyond, the machine started moving forward!!
All fixed at a reasonable cost and fast.
Highly recommend his service, friendly, professional, did the job!!
I am delighted.
