I located Jason on Yelp about a year ago and reached out to him with questions about the real estate market and options given my family's wants and needs as far as pricing, size, and location along the 680 corridor. Despite the fact we were not prepared to purchase at that time, Jason took the time to review my questions and provided very helpful feedback given his expert knowledge of the local area. He was very prompt and approachable which I found comforting.

Fast forward to July 2022 when I reached back out to Jason once I we were ready to get approved and start our home search. Jason was right back up to speed with my requests despite the long time between my contacts and we were off and running with the help of his online search tool that was designed specifically for our search criteria. My wife and I located a property within a few weeks and figured we would just submit an offer and test the waters. What a surprise to get a call from Jason 2 days later that our offer was accepted without any complication.

Jason was readily available throughout the process and was prompt with returning calls and texts, which to me shows a commitment to professionalism.

We were not living anywhere close to Danville and only had a brief idea about the neighborhoods and surrounding towns.
Jason knows everything there is to know about Danville and area and educated us. He also let us benefit from his network of other realtors and other contacts. His lender contact is a great person to talk to (as well).

He also actively participated in the house search, I have to say he understood us very well, his suggestions were either already on our list or ended up on our list.
He also did not mind to cater to some of our more crazy ideas and house candidates. He must have rolled his eyes but you could not tell, he was always very kind and supportive, no matter the house, no matter the day or time of day.
One time Jason was not feeling well, instead of cancelling his wife was so kind to jump in.
Jason is also not pressuring or bothering you. He is your support network. He opens the house and then let you have. You are having a question, then he is right there, if you want to look at the house without commentary, then he is in the background letting you do your thing.

In addition he was able to ask key questions to help us understand priorities in what we were looking for. He met us right where we needed to be met.
