Purchased 2 appliances only 2 years ago now having problems with both. When calling for service, no acknowledgement that
they shouldnt be causing problems in a such a short time, no responsibility taken that they're lemons. I guess if you can't afford to pay for the warranty (which is half the expense of the appliances ) they couldn't care less. Most likely will charge me parts and labor that will cost drastically more than the cost of the appliance.
Save yourself money and don't buy appliances here.

I would give negative stars if it was possible. I was questioned, by an employee, about my handicap placard, asking if I was REALLY disabled. I will never step foot near this business again. How dare you ask a disabled person if they are really disabled.

Thermador recommended this company to do warranty work for our brand new range. Their repairman bent the legs of our range while moving it. When a new repairman came out with the replacement legs he said he didn't have the proper equipment or manpower to fix the legs, and asked us to call to reschedule. He left a it range crooked and un-level. When I called to reschedule the repair I was told they no longer provide repair services for appliances not purchased directly from them. Thermador should remove them as a distributor/dealer due to their extremely poor customer service and shottu repair work. I would never buy an appliance from them.

Super helpful staff in the hardware sections, but less friendly service at the registers, in my opinion. Most recently checkout staff allowed others to butt in line coming from the wrong direction, clearly seeing those of us who had been waiting holding very heavy supplies but choosing to allow that anyway. Then not even a 'thanks for waiting' from the store staff, knowing their choice. The value of shopping local is customer experience, and fair and friendly checkout needs to be part of that experience. Otherwise, its easy for us to feel justified ordering from Amazon with one day delivery.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO - I WOULD. I live a town away, I have appliance stores closer to me BUT I had always choose to give my business to them ...TILL THIS HAPPENED. (Background: I have spent thousands between appliances, air conditioners, a mower, and Weber grill, in the years I have been loyal to this company). I needed a refrigerator...go to my go to store. I am shown an "awesome frig, at a heck of a value"! It was returned- ask the salesman Why was it returned- answer, dent in the door. Anything else- answer No. The salesman, after it broke down after it was in my home for a month AGREED, & informed me, that it is NOT THEIR POLICY TO DISCLOSE FAULTY EQUIPMENT!! This frig was returned because of a faulty cooling system- NOT THE DENT. Obviously since I have been a lifetime loyal customer I thought they would do right by this issue --NO. All they offered was my money back- that's it. My food spoiled, I'm stuck with a frig that it worthless and I have to pay to get rid of it. I left a message for the owner to contact me.... I am still waiting. SO, do what you want with your money, take a chance on their lies regarding ' discounted items'. AS FOR ME & MY HARD EARNED CASH - We are going elsewhere!! Completely disappointed in this shameful practice & treatment!!

There are no signs posted that masks are required and so people don't wear them inside the store including store employees whom I have seen walking around without any mask, not even just hanging around their neck. So for now, AVOID if you have health concerns about contracting COVID-19.

Very good store to go to they have everything you could possibly think of in that store down to the smallest group or spring. Nice atmosphere very helpful clean store

This store is fantastic and they have Hardware , Paint, and Washers/ Dryers and all the things under the sun . My mission was trying to get a mallbox key at other local stores including the big box store (failure failure failure) Guess what JB Zimmerman was spot on and the locksmith was very determined to make this right . Wow he made the keys perfect . Hats off to JB Zimmerman

Great service. Not a box store which I love. Very professional staff. I can buy anything from kcups to an appliance. Full service. FYI, great variety and pricing on mattresses as well.

Wonderful small town hardware store. Staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Clean, easy to navigate. This is my go to place for paint, hardware and yard work supplies. We have purchased our appliances here and have utilized their service department. Cannot say enough positive things about this store, their staff and ownership.
