JDM was not the first that I called but they were the first to respond with "I can get the tow truck there by..." I was really stressed out about my car not working because I accidentally filled it up with kerosene and I needed to get back to work by Monday morning. All the other people that I called said they were closing or closed and a few of them really has some false advertising by claiming they were open 24/7. Anyway, Mr Larry came and towed my car Saturday afternoon and I was able to pick it up the next day. Mr Chris and Mr Larry explained very well what needed/ was done to my car. It involved dropping my gas tank, emptying it of kerosene, putting gas in it, changing the oil because it was saturated with kerosene and test driving it. And they kept me updated with my car, which helped with me stressing out.

Ultimately, they are friendly folks, nice service and really good price. I just saved their contact numbers. Lastly, I'm just really grateful and they'll be the first I call from here on out!

I'm not quick to give 5 (stars), b/c "Yelp" is one of the first places I use to research a place.
This place was a huge help, so I'm giving all 5 stars. I'm very glad to have found them. He was overly affordable, upfront with me about everything, and was very easy to work with.
He dropped an engine into my Honda, and really went above and beyond. He even was able to tow my vehicle and engine for me to the shop.

If your looking for an Honest Mechanic I highly recommend him.
I only ask that your intentions be just as upright and upfront; don't be shady, and pay him what he ask, and if it's too low, add a $ TIP $. Do right by this guy b/c the world could use more ppl like him !!!

My husband had to drive out to NC to help my son with his car. We chose JDM to work in it bc of the reviews from other Marine families. We were not disappointed. We were able to talk over the phone and make a plan before my husband drove out there. This company was honest, helpful and communicated well. It's a small family owed shop so don't let that fool you.

I highly recommend JDM Automotive! They are knowledgeable and caring. Always have an open bay in a timely manner and can do most anything. They have done more than a few things on my Jeep build and with repairs. Whether you need a tow, tire swap, or engine work you will not be disappointed. Larry is a veteran and also gives back to the community in inclement weather pulling people out of ditches and helping. Just all around good guys!

Bottom line up front: call these guys first for the most honest, fairest and effective job in the auto repair.

I don't think I could say enough good things about this place. My car ran out of power driving. I spent way too much money trying to be a shade tree mechanic and then I ran out of money and ideas. These guys came out after their working hours to tow my car and diagnose it. They gave me the best price and included the diagnostic in the tow fee. It took them about 5 minutes to tell me the engine seized up and they gave me the best advice. Honest advice. I tried to pay them for the diagnostic and they would not take my money.

Before I called JDM , I called another place. Big mistake. They wanted me to tow for $65, diagnose for $85 and then it was $95 an hour.

Not only did JDM save me money(about $200-$3,000) they gave me great advice. I used their advice, somehow unseized my engine, and got back on the road.

I didn't call these guys first. That was my biggest mistake. Don't make the same mistake.

Larry and Chris fixed the car, in 5 mins. Simple fix done fast got me back on the road.

I've taken all my cars and my truck to them. They keep it simple and cost-effective. They don't over charge like most paces.
