Had the best experience here with Laura! I was nervous coming to a new provider, but everyone at Jem made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The medspa itself is stunning and very well kept. Laura gave me the most painless Botox I've ever received and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Looking forward to using Jem for other services in the future too!

Love love love Jem Med spa. Quality providers ensuring incredible personalized care. Adorable interior design and pristinely clean inside. I would truly never trust anyone else with my face and they are worth every penny! There is a reason they keep expanding! I have had a few incorrect charges by the same front desk person, as well as some strange interactions, but this would never keep me from referring all my friends and continuing to seek all my own med spa needs from Jem.

Went to Jem Medspa for the first time. This place truly cares for their clients. They listen to what you would like achieved, and are extremely caring. I've been to many Medspas in the past, and never truly felt heard, or cared for like Jem Medspa did. I highly recommend their professionalism, and how welcoming they are. I was even told, if I need to stop by the next day, just to ask questions, they will set aside time to talk. I definitely found a Medspa that I will go to in the future. Also, their pricing is much more affordable than other Medspas I have gone to. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Jem Medspa is amazing for all services I personally love working with Melissa however their entire staff is phenomenal- the offer everything from lash extensions to facials and fillers/Botox. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and they are beyond professional and experienced! I personally love getting my Botox and fillers done here - I legit drive about an hour just to work with these lovely ladies!

I am so Proud of Melissa & Jeanine for opening up their own med spa! They both are very talented injectors and professional, they will not talk you into something you dont need! The Med spa is amazing, once you go in you feel welcomed! The staff is wonderful, friendly and all smiles, not the average snooty girls at other places. This time i went for coolsculpting, and botox, I have been seeing Melissa for years for my injections, I love her technique ! She has done my lips in the past and they never look like duck lips & overdone. cant wait to go back:):) JEM is a real GEM!!!

I can not say enough good things about JEM Medspa. The staff from the front desk to the injectors are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well kept, not to mention beautiful and modern. I have personally had the pleasure of being injected by Jeanine and I would never go to anyone else for Botox. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, also honest. They do NOT just want to take your money here. They will be honest about what is realistically needed for your specific case. She has told me know and answered my stupid questions time and time again. I've also had the pleasure of Rebecca doing my facials and lash tint/ lift. If I were to rave about all the good things I would be here for days. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone I know.

I have never gotten any sort of filler in my life, but I was interested in getting Juvederm in my lips. I visited Jeanine's profile on Instagram and was impressed with her work, so I decided to go in for a consult. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff, which was a definite plus. I figured I would receive that same treatment from my prospective injector. However, I was wrong. I work in healthcare, so I know the importance of making a good first impression/ helping your patients to feel comfortable. When I met Jeanine, I was the one who introduced myself and shook her hand. She was cold and unfriendly. I told her I wanted to plump up my lips a bit, and she made it seem as if my lips looked very bad the way that they naturally were. Although I want them bigger, I don't feel uncomfortable with them in their natural state. She made me feel uncomfortable. She proceeded to talk about how she has done people with "no lips" and laughed about certain people's before pictures. As a person who is supposed to help people feel beautiful, she sure wasn't giving off that vibe. Although she probably could have done a decent job on my lips, I didn't appreciate her unprofessionalism. If I'm paying almost 700 dollars to get my lips done, I want to feel comfortable. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Beyond lucky to have this spa and the staff and owners in Orland Park! The owners went all out. The spa itself is beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. The staff are friendly and courteous. The owners/operators are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They love what they are doing. Helping women (and men) be how they feel on inside... beautiful! They are experts in their fields. When you come here you know you are in good hands! I have been here twice once for Botox treatment and again for a dermal infusion facial treatment. Extremely pleased with my Botox results. Consulted with Melissa about an area that had been bothering me for a while and we decided exactly what was needed to achieve the results I wanted. So happy I decided to do "bite the bullet". Can't believe I waited so long. My other service was a dermal infusion facial. The aesthetician was just great. I walked out feeling like a new person. JEM Medspa is one word... WOW! I feel it is truly a gem for the south suburbs! Thanks!
