ASK FOR TINA!!!

So I have been going here for awhile and have had ok experiences. I was actually going to go to a different place today but was unable to so I decided to just go here again! This was my first time having Tina do my gel manicure and she was awesome!! Ask for her or try to book her for an appointment because she does the best job there hands down!! Prices are not the cheapest but I am super happy with my experience today and will only be booking with Tina from here on out!

STAY CLEAR... The worse nail salon on this side of town. ANNIE, acts like she doesn't speak English after she messes up your nails. No manager to speak with after horrific experience. Every heard my request and after saying they all understood, now the damage is done and they admit they don't know...

I usually don't have a problem when I come with my daughter but today I'm not sure what the issue was. I was getting a Sns and pedicure and my daughter wanted gel on toes plus nails painted. She also wanted to put her foot in the water for a couple of seconds before she got them painted, and this was an issue today. The lady that started was very rude and said no you sit over here (talking to my daughter) I told her she only wanted to put her foot in my water for a couple of seconds and you can charge me extra if you want. Then comes the different language speaking and I let them all know I pay my money for services if it's an issue then we can leave. I would have understood if it was busy but only one other customer was in there. And I don't understand how her getting her foot wet for not even 5 seconds was an issue. Rude to me okay, but to my child that's a no go! Anyways T&J nails (2 mins away) has a special with free manicure with SNS! And they also have good customer services, highly recommend them.

So i went to Jenny's nails and asked for a fill in on my white french tips and they said they couldn't do that but that they'd just paint my full nail instead. when i tell you my nails look a hot mess and the woman doing them just kept complaining about my nails! id never go back, my fried recommended the place but she don't like her nails either. they also charge too much for terrible service like my manicure was $50. Would never go back to Jenny or her nails.

I come here and spend $150 on my nails and toes . My pedicure lady Halen is great never have any issues however the nail technicians are terrible with acrylic nails. Everytime I come get a fill or new set my nails pop right off . I've never had this issue anywhere else smh
I got my nails did on Friday on Saturday m thumb came off and Monday my pointer finger came off . I came back and they charged me additional $5 each to repair when they should have never been off in the first place . Now I'm $80 in on a fill and I bet they're will be more coming off . I won't be returning for my nails .The nail technician couldn't do the original design I wanted and then told me once my nails were DONe that it would be $75 I asked her to break the price down she couldn't it did not add up . Smh all that money just for them to come right off .

$75 for a fill ?!! Never again !

I've gone to Jenny's nails multiple times and always had a good experience, but I hadn't been in a year or two and decided to go with my friend.

I told them I wanted a classic pedicure with regular polish, and I was asked SEVERAL times why I wasn't getting gel, and was told that I should get gel because it's better. I explained to them that I did not want gel today and was again asked by MULTIPLE people working there why I wasn't getting gel. The woman working on my nails pointed to the person I came with and said, "She's getting gel, why don't you?". Other customers in the nail salon even seemed surprised. I explained again that I did not want gel.

As I was getting my nails done the woman asked me AGAIN, "So you're getting gel, right?".

I understand that they want to sell a bit more but it was to the point that I was uncomfortable. I won't be coming back.

Today a friend of mine visited this salon and received racial discrimination from this salon's employees, including the manager. This is ridiculous. WE need to boycott this salon and not return and give them our money. This is unacceptable. Yes, we may be black but ALL MONEY IS GREEN. You will not get another dime from us. You should be ashamed owning a business in a very generously black populated area but speaking this way to a paying customer who only asked for assistance with a design! I normally don't do reviews, but this behavior has to stop. May 28, 2022 was my first time in Janny's Nails. May 29, 2022 will be my last time.

The service for my pedicure was horrible the first day. I asked for a basic pedicure, the technician (MiMi) recommended I get the organic Deluxe pedicure. I declined it and ask for the basic. They soaked my feet in water, clipped my nails, and changed my polish. I did not receive a pedicure I received a polish change.

Instead of doing a bad review, I called to let them know that I was not happy with the service I received the day before. I wanted to give them a chance to correct the problem. Dan the manager told me to come in and they will take care of it. The attitude I received when I got there was as if I did something wrong.

The technician asked me not to talk to her while she was doing the service. She was clearly irritated and said I was getting loud with her when I was only asking a question. Then as I was sitting, there roaches started walking around the tub. I WILL NOT EVER COME HERE AGAIN OR OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you still decide to go here make sure you put your purse in your lap or you will take some critters home.

are you kidding me? This is a very bad experience! I don't know why anyone continues to choose to spend inside! I chose to do the color gel. The Vietnamese girl who served me didn't ask me anything. Just asked me about the color. I didn't see the color and gave it to me. I didn't choose the color number. Do I need to know your nail polish color number? ? Not at all professional! I think he is a newbie, there is no technology for nails, and his attitude is very bad! It seems that she is my God!
*When I chose to change the color , they discussed me in Vietnamese and cast a contemptuous vision，I can't continue to let her do my nails. ！What kind of group is this!

Literally the worst place to go. Super rude and fast and upset we didn't upgrade. Annie hurt my finger multiple times because she was going so quick. Look at all their supplies because they are not clean!!
