I got my eyebrows done here yesterday for the first time and it so good. Didn't even hurt and were very nice.

Do not go to this place I went in for lash extensions they did a horrible job asked them to remove them they wanted to charge me, but after I told that I didn't think that was right they didn't once that was done I asked for a refund they said no, I asked why not they said we gave u a service u paid. I said I was not happy with the service they said we just don't give refunds. I'm sorry this is just not right.

Do not go here I went they did horrible job I had to go back 3 times to get fixed still did not work I had to get a new set the 3 rd time and they only lasted a day after I paid $99.00 for them.

My very first visit at Jess' threading a couple of weeks ago was horrific! The tech kept telling me to open my eyes while she put eyelashes in with a glue that burned and stinged my eyes. How could I open my eyeswhile she was doing that! We'll I suffered through that service. I was told the price was $55, that same tech charged me $56. Anyway my eyes burned and itched so badly that I had trouble seeing on the way home. I got home safely and put Vaseline, jojoba oil and even olive oil to remove the lashes. They wouldn't come off. I could not sleep, my entire eye was hurting. I kept putting oils on my lashes for 3 days and finally they were off. My eyes felt so much better. Lesson learned. ​

Went here last week for the first time n the service was outstanding!! I had my eyebrows threaded n filled in and got a Brazilian wax n everything went well!!! I will definitely be back

Well. I'm not confrontational and I know I should have said something but I'm going to start the list of negatives. Missed a lot of spots on my full leg wax, ripped skin off my face with my brow wax (bleeding), left wax all over my legs and in the hair on my head from my brow wax. The place wasn't up to par with how they clean things( I learned this after service). I also got a body polish and I honestly feel violated. I won't go into too much detail but this is a big no for me from now on. Positives. The girl was nice. That's it. Surprised the health department allows them to be open.

Jess is the truth. I just finished my Brazilian now I'm relaxing with a steam treatment as I type. She's my new BFF she just doesn't know it. This is a great place, all services top notch!!!

I was an out of state customer and was here for work purposes and decided to try out the services here. I got my eyebrows threaded, tinted, and eyelashes. I advised Jess if a tint is used it had to be for "Sensitive skin" because I'd had a bad reaction from henna tint. She said, "OK, this is for Sensitive skin."
I left that Thursday and come Friday morning my eyebrows and forehead was irritated, red, and started to bump up. By Friday evening my eyebrows were inflamed, red, and oozing puss. Saturday morning I wokeup to a swollen face, with burnt, swollen red, and puss oozing eyebrows, and both eyes swollen. I had to remove the lashed and go to urgent care. I attempted to contact Jess several times and left a voicemail each time I called. She returned one call a couple days later which went to voicemail because I was at the Dr's office. I returned to call again leaving a message that day and several days later and she still NEVER contacted me back. I drove back to Arkansas 2 1/2 weeks later and go to the shop.
She looked at my eyebrows which were still irritated, red, and crusty and the only thing she offered was to give me some oil that should help.
Jess was not at all concerned about me as a customer, nor my well-being. She stated this a business, I called you back, I was probably with my son and forgot to return the call. I advised her I'd been off work all this time and under Dr's care.
I definitely hate I can't post pictures so you guys can see but I will definitely post them on Facebook so fill free to take a look. She called a "guy," whom she said was the owner, and he stated that I can proceed however I like but basically he wasn't going to try and correct the issue. I Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND CLEARLY SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MAKING SURE HER CLIENTS OR SATISFIED

Jess was very helpful when I needed urgent lash extensions removal that I did at a different place. She was patient and attentive trying to minimize the discomfort of the process. I also got amazing rose water at her place to use as a toner.

I love coming here. My eyebrows always look phenomenal. The employees are so kind and enthusiastic!
