Great place to stop for your fishing needs while down in Cape May. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful to get you setup with the bait/equiptmeng you might need.
Bug thank you to Matt to go out of his way and give me some of his personal bait and put me on to some fish when I wasn't having much luck beforehand.

Jims bait and tackle is far and above the best tackle shop in Cape May. With a very knowledgeable staff, all the bait, lures, rods and reels you could ever ask for and a prime location right at the foot of the bridge. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to get geared up.

They can get you set up and ready to fish in no time (their reports are very good too. They will certainly set you in the right direction to find fish).

This is a solid bait and tackle shop! Bobby did me a solid by recommending a good quality rod and reel combo that will last for years when I left my st croix rod and penn reel back home.. He has great customer service skills and even went to the backroom supply area to get my new fishing rod! Happy Memorial Day to all cape may county residents and visitors!

From my own experience and the experience of the other guys that I fish with, this is the best bait shop in the Cape May area. The guys are always courteous, efficient, and friendly. If you are in the area and need live bait or any kind of tackle, these are the guys you want to deal with. Just over the bridge into Cape May.

Friendly and helpful local knowledge. Ask for bobby, Matt or Dennis and these guys will tell you how good (or bad) the bite is! From the surf or at the canyon these guys have what you need!
