Terrible experience start to finish. I was told I'd be without a driveway for (2) weeks and actually was without it for over (4) weeks. Josh was repeatedly late to the site, frequently showing up late in the evening for demolition and prep work that should be performed during the day. Charged a premium price for a drainage pipe that he never installed. Dumped debris from the driveway into the drainage canal, ultimately blocking the flow of water away from the driveway and making my tree lawn look like a garbage dump; this was after I explicitly requested that this not be done. Blocked the lead end of my existing drainage pipe; the whole area around the driveway turns into a slogged mess whenever it rains. The driveway/apron itself is crooked and not even close to level. The entire face of the driveway was pitted after just (2) months. Josh talks a good talk but lacks the follow through essential to getting a good job done. Does not return phone calls or messages regarding the shoddy work, did not correct any of the complaints I lodged regarding the work and is insistently rude regarding the poor quality of work performed. Steer clear of Josh and his fly-by-night company; you will seriously regret any decision to involve JMR with your home repairs, work, etc.
