JNN Towing and Recovery

I had a flat tire on the hwy and waited for another Company to come assist me for roadside assistance and after an hour I find out that they weren't coming. So roadside assistance ended up calling and dispatching JNN towing and they came right away I was so relieved very professional did the job quickly and very courteous I recommend them 100% great job.

My car broke down at the back of my 40 ft. long, 8ft. wide driveway in the main parking area of my house which is shared with four other tenants. It is also gravel topped, so I couldn't roll it out with a hydraulic jack. I gave these details to multiple companies to tow my car out of my driveway and they all said "we can't do it." I called JNN and they guaranteed they could get it out. Then Danny and Seamus showed up, and within 45 minutes of their arrival, had my car on their truck (most of that time delicately maneuvering my car into the right position). The most amazing part is they backed out of the driveway with my car first and the tow truck next in a skillful ballet I doubt I'll ever see again. These gentlemen knew exactly what they were doing without hesitation. They were courteous, patient, and friendly the entire time, never losing their cool or patience. If I am ever in a situation like this again they will always be my first phone call.
