I have had to sell a home many times in other states to facilitate a job transfer. Each realtor in past never gave me much help in facilitating repairs from inspection lists and the advertising of my home was always just adequate. From the day Jo Ann took our listing, I have been in awe at her work ethic and knowledge of real estate. It doesn't seem to matter whether she is representing a low-priced home or a much more expensive home, she gives them equal attention.
