Wow! What an incredible experience! My parents needed a new place to live so I had decided to look for a broker. I got on Yelp and made me search. Joann was one of the top choices. I read some good reviews and decided to give her a call. The moment I explained my parents situation to her, I could tell over the phone that Joann was very genuine. She asked all the necessary questions in order to be able to provide some options.
To be completely honest, Joann was very committed and diligent in the entire process. Her communication was outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had, she would respond immediately or if I had a questions for the landlord or agent, she would stay on top of it and notify once she would get an answer. World class service. She is very experienced and I would highly, I repeat, highly recommend Joann to anyone looking for a new place.
