Flags DO NOT = Good American/people. I was charged a "Clean up fee" during a tow. There was no clean up. I can't say for sure if it's an un-American policy or just the tow driver. That's why I didn't give less stars. Now the admonishment. First, it is an un-American activity to invent fees for pure revenue. Second, it not Christian to charge for things not done. Third, it's theft. The fact that they have the police account makes it even MORE un-American. Business needs to check themselves and drop the "Hostage" un-American and Un-Christian practices. Flags do not = quality people or quality citizen. Also, the preemptive response to the Child's Argument, "it's not our fault you got in an accident" or "it's not our fault the police towed your car". Think....it's ZERO part of your business "why". It's your job to tow. UPDATE: I'm pleased to announce that Joes Cancel Culture had this REAL NEWS. review deleted from Google Reviews. I stand by this TRUTH and am proud to have had Joe paying me an impound fee to live in his fragile ego. Also, employees of Joe; think, if Joe is like this to customers what does he do to you?

Still as useless as ever. If they fix my breaks finally they will get more stars. This is going to be my last time going here if they can't fix it. Also so rude on the phone tbh. You're literally the reason why I'm still coming here to get my breaks fixed lol.

Called ahead made an appointment. They were super friendly, quick, and clean. Also very reasonable. I like that they didn't try to tell me that I needed work done, my car is newer, but I have had mechanics try to sell me stuff that I don't need. They had books for kids and coffee.

Joe's Auto did an outstanding job of towing my vehicle out of a ditch. Dave arrived quickly and pulled my vehicle out. I would recommend Joes Auto.

I called Joes at 6:30 am and asked for them to come to Kent (clearly on their coverage map). The person responded "We don't have anybody in the Kent area". I asked if they knew of a business they could refer me to, they said they didn't.

This is a wonderful place. I felt right at home the minute I walked in. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Helped me feel so much better about my old car and saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much Don and everyone else. See you soon.

Uncomfortable, creepy, and unprofessional.

Tow truck driver tracked me down on Facebook and posted several offensive messages to my wall after I complained about the service I had with them. Use at your own risk!

Having your car towed is already something that you don't want to deal with and the last thing you want is a rude, no personality tow truck driver to make your situation suck even more. You WON'T get that with Joe's Auto. This was the first time I ever used Joe's as my State Farm roadside assistance picked them for me, but I was incredibly satisfied. My driver, Jerry, was the nicest guy ever. Talked to me like a friend, made sure I wasn't being overcharged, just all around made my experience a little better. I was very satisfied with the services provided. If you get a chance in a bad-car won't start situation etc. ask for Jerry.
