Joe's Dryft

Joe was casual enough but his car smells like a skunk die in the car. The car was filthy. I paid him for a pick up and a drop off and after 90 minute appointment a another pick up & drop off. He was agreeable to the timeline. His charge was $54.00, for total agreed timeline up front, including a tip. Lesson learned....However, he didn't come back as agreed and I stood in the rain waiting. I called him from someone else's phone because I forgot my phone. He explained he text that he was sorry but he was running late due to another client call that he took while knowing he committed to me an agreed pick up timeline.

I having another appointment to go to in Maryland was now a problem. When Joe arrived half an hour late, I had already called for someone else to pick me up and tried to make my another appointment . I didn't make my other appointment on time and had to reschedule. Of course Joe didn't compensate me for his decision to break our commitment due to his decision not to pick me up at our agreed pick up time, he rather take someone else hard earned money and lean into excuses. When I called him back again to discuss his business tactics and that I wanted the tip and partial fee refund, he changed the fee so he didn't have to pay me for his lack of accountability. Worst then one star...
