Have used Joe several times from an RV to our present camper and he has been great. Repairs have been completed timely and pricing is more than fair. He has responded quickly when I have need him. He has had the parts with him wo make repairs the first time instead of several trips to make the repair. Pulled the supports on the RV awning and took to his home shop to make repairs and then reinstalled them when none were available. Highly recommend him for repairs.

Our cabin water pump in our Sprinter Pleasure-Way failed on a Friday afternoon. Fortunately, we were driving toward Joe's location and stopped at his address not realizing he was mobile service operating from his home. He didn't answer his phone, but responded that he couldn't take our call. I texted him what our problem was and he showed up in a few minutes. He diagnosed our problem and had a replacement pump in stock. We were back on the road within an hour. He was polite and courteous. He was having lunch with his granddaughter when we called. I read the two previous reviews and figured there are two sides to every story. Ours was positive.

Gave it 1 star because the mechanic showed up and he was pleasant. Our RV shifter cable needed replacement, being a holiday weekend everything was closed. Joe did a "MaCGyver" mending job and sent is on our way. The "mend" failed hours later and we were stuck roadside without a transmission. In fact the problem was now worse and we were out our repair money. Would not use him again.

Do not use, was rude and also put in wrong parts - breaker kept throwing and gave us paper for warranty - does not want to back his work wants us to pay for it. Warning - find someone else.
