Alvin B.Torrance, CA335Jun 15, 2021Joe is a lifesaver!! Our car's battery died on us on our way to our campsite. After waiting for 5+ hours for AAA roadside (which never came btw), a local recommended Joe. We called Joe and was super nice, responsive, and was quick. He jump started us and we drove to a motel 6 to spend the night since all shops were closed (12am at this point). The next morning, we tried AAA again to get a battery replaced but they had us wait another 2.5hrs so we decided to call Joe again. He answered and went out his way to buy us a battery and replaced it himself! And we only waited for about 15mins! Thank you so much Joe.

Gary T.Draper, UT142Jan 7, 2020We got our SUV stuck in snow up in the mountains and had to leave it behind. Joe picked me up, drove me all the way up, and pulled it right out. Not only did he do expert work, he is a really interesting cat to talk to. Would call him again in a second if I needed help.

We had a spring break on our trailer and Joe showed up within an hour (we were way up in the mountains), and he was very friendly, professional, and helped out out towing our trailer. Highly recommend. Thanks Joe!

I called and in under 15 minutes my technician was here, with a smile on her face, and got straight to work. The whole ordeal was over in less than 20 minutes. I can't recommend Joes Roadside Assistance more. Very good experience.
