THIS UNEMPATHETIC, HORRIBLE (call themselves people) company would not let this young girl get her coat and clothes from her car. THIEVES is what they are. You are STEALING from people who have just been through a traumatic event and are trying to figure out how to put their life back together.

My daughter was in her first accident and the police requested the tow truck. She has had so much to deal with in the first days after the accident she was finally able to go to the tow yard to get her things from the vehicle, find out the cost and start to work on getting her vehicle fixed and putting her life back together and needed to get her coat & clothes from the vehicle, especially this very cold winter, SHAME.

I got in my first car accident a few days ago i have the lowest insurance can't afford much more but the cops called me a tow and the tow guy was so nice i was like oh this is a good company come to find out i called to get my winter coat and a few things out of my car. They told me i either have to pay the 448$ to get the car out keep in mind i was towed early saturday morning and it's now tuesday or i could pay them 100$ and just give them my car to GET MY WINTER COAT! i had so so much to deal with after my accident thanks so much to joes towing for making it worse! worst company i've dealt with form my accident i was sobbing on the phone and lady had no empathy.

Joe and his team are awesome. We needed a tow truck for a vehicle. They were friendly, quick to respond, dispatched a truck to us extremely fast.
We are a small business also and they made needling a tow as painless and pleasant as possible.

If you need a tow, Joe's is the place to call. You will be served by Joe himself who is a super guy to work with. He is very helpful and nice and his prices are reasonable if you are needing a private tow of your vehicle. He gave me a ride while towing my car. I highly recommend his towing service to anyone. Also, he had the big flatbed tow truck so he tows your whole car rather than pulling it on two wheels, although he has both types of tow trucks. Great guy!!!

I asked Detroit Transmission who they recommend for towing my 1 on truck from my home to their shop... They gave me Joes towing #... I scheduled pickup, they were on time. polite driver, nice equipment. Felt my truck was in good hands... no problems... I'd use them again...

BEST TOW EVER (and cheapest) Joe is so great! This guy showed up to tow our car in record time, then when the destination he was supposed to go to was blocked with construction until the next day....He took the car to his impound and stored it there for me then re-delivered for FREE! I'm a customer for life and will refer all of my friends!
