Johns Garage Door Repair

I called John to check out my noise garage door. I was afraid that I would need a new door opener. This was my first experience with him. I called John because of his good reviews He lived up to his reviews. He answered my call right away and made arrangements to come out the next day. He checked out my garage door system and said it probably only needs a tuneup. After lube and adjustments, it worked just fine. Charge for service was very reasonable and would certainly recommend him.

Omg! So this morning when I left for work my husband said he heard a loud bang and couldn't figure out what it was. When I came home the garage door wouldn't open fully. I parked my car out and came inside and told my husband. Upon inspection we saw one of the two springs was broken on the garage door. I did a quick search and came upon John's garage door repair. He had a bunch of great reviews so I gave him a call. Not only did he answer quickly he was available to resolve my issue the same day.

Such a relief to find someone who could do it the same day. He gave me a reasonable quote, and agreed to come out to look at what my door need. He gaged my garage door and did all his handyman measurements. He told me he would return later with the items needed for the repair. He gave me an eta both times he came by.

John was knowledgeable and very informative on what I should know about my door. He repaired it quickly and even tighten/replaced some missing bolts. John definitely knows what he is doing and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. He assured me that his work was backed by a three year warranty. Value, guarantee, and great customer service?! Amazing!!

John was super easy to work with, provided a good price upfront and completed everything quickly. He'll be the person we call for anything we need going forward.

The rubber belt on my garage door opener went bad. (After 14 years, seems understandable.) John saw the problem immediately, left to bring back a replacement belt, and fixed it before noon the same day. He knows his job, and is a pleasure to chat with as well.

The torsion spring on our door busted over the weekend. We called John on a Monday around 9am and he was very quick to reply.
Sent him some pics of the door & spring and he knew right away what was needed.
John arrived when he said he would and had our door repaired and opening more smoothly than it was before the failed spring. What's more, John came out on literally the hottest day ever in Hillsboro.
It reached 115 that afternoon.
I fully expected to try and schedule something with him later in the week knowing how hot it was, but he was here and done within an hour and change.
